Talk about a great year-round location! You’re just a 5-minute drive to downtown Frisco in the heart of Summit County with quick access to I-70 and all the surrounding ski resorts. Plus, the Summit County Rec Path is just across the road as well, offering abundant recreation opportunities in the summer months. You and your group are going to love this place!

Lake Forest Shoreview Condo is a beautiful ground-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fantastic choice for families and groups up to six. The living area boasts lots of natural light from large windows looking out to the lake and surrounding mountains. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy the view, as well as the large flat-screen TV, Roku, and gas fireplace. Just off the living area, there’s a large porch for relaxing outside.

The chef in your group will enjoy the full kitchen with everything needed to whip up great high-country meals, and there’s a dining table that seats four and room for two more at the counter.

Other amenities include 1 private garage space and 1 outdoor space for a total of 2 parking spaces, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We loved the location. Very convenient to Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. The condo was not the cleanest. We felt the bedding needed washed along with the blankets in the living room. There were towels and dishes that were not clean but put away. The dishwasher soap dispenser had clearly been broke for a while and the after trying to dry a load of laundry we noticed the lent filter was so full we couldn’t even get it all scraped out. We did enjoy the beautiful view, the people we met at the condo, and the hot tubs.

Beautiful view!

This property was very comfortable and in a great location. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. Would love to come back again.

Stayed as a party of four and I, personally, felt the unit was pretty dated. The flooring (carpet in particular) was not in very good shape! The shower liner was very stained and I felt it was odd that it would be used as at home, I change them frequently as they are very disposable. Also, being on the “ground floor” meant accessing unit by going down three flights of steps and leaving meant going up three flights of steps to parking lot. Not the best case scenario! That being said….the view is wonderful! Lots of hot water for dishes and showers! Verrrrry comfortable beds! Kitchen was decent but very narrow and the icemaker seemed not to keep up making ice. First world problems! Loll. The price was very reasonable so I was super happy because I was in Summit county with a place that had an amazing view!

Ski Trip

Location was very convenient for access to all the local ski resorts. Also, close to all grocery and dining in the town of Frisco. Would stay again.

Great place with beautiful views!

Check in, etc was so simple. The condo is very nice, cozy and clean. Perfect size for the four of us and close to many restaraunts and ski resorts. Will definitely stay here again.

Mountain getaway

Our rental was very nice. Great layout, comfortable beds and everything we needed pus a great view. Could use a couple of board games.
