Welcome Home to Sea-Renity Family Beach House of Panama City Beach!
Guests love the sky deck with spectacular Gulf views and one short block to private beach (access code provided). No worries about parking or traffic!

Recently installed fenced yard. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for long stays (or short).

We supply wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach chairs!
New front yard paver patio; seating area; bbq; cornhole set and fire pit.

We are located in the Bid-a-Wee area of Panama City Beach (with private beach on Front Beach).

Walk to your favorite BEACH-FRONT restaurants! Runaway Island is our fav neighborhood restaurant on the water!

5 min to Pier Park! Many restaurants/activities within walking distance from the beach house.

Guests tell me how comfortable this beach house is. Please see reviews. Beach decor throughout. Full kitchen supplies! One of the best features of this location is the quiet beach - yet so close to all the action. Minimal traffic compared to other Front Beach locations and ECP airport is close to SeaRenity. Easy walking distance to Runaway Island Restaurant, Senor Frogs, Local Steamer, Funland Arcade, Moe's BBQ and Hidden Lagoon Super Track and Golf - all down the street on Front Beach".

Parking provided for 2+cars. Dogs allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, well stocked, and just as described. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The short walk to the beach was great. Great location. Close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Host was wonderful…we were able to bring our dogs and there was a nice fenced area for us all to hang out. It is located only 1 block from the beach. The basic were provided (TP, coffee maker, some k cups, etc..towels)

The host, Stacey, was excellent and very welcoming. The house is literally right beside the beach and having your own private beach entrance was incredible. Everything we need was there.

We absolutely love the balcony sunrise view across PCB, the beach house itself is amazing and roomyVery clean and located walking distance from the Beach which is so nice not having to pay to park and on top of that a private beach basically with an access code We will definitely be returning

Ideal location! Peaceful & quiet yet just a few steps to private Bid-a-wee Beach. This spacious beach cottage is a hidden gem. Fully stocked with all you need for the beach - chairs, wagon & an umbrella that actually works really well. Stacey is an awesome host. Our puppy loved it here, too!

We spent five nights here with our dogs, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach — the perfect mix of cozy and coastal.Every little detail made it feel like home — from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and the easy check-in process. The location couldn’t be better — close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and relaxing.We had such a great time that we’ve already decided we’re coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dog-friendly beach escape in Panama City!

Best location!

We had a great stay! The house was only a block from the beach. We were able to load up the beach wagon, umbrella (which were included), our beach bag and walked to the private beach. Hands down the best beach access at PCB. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor shower and upper deck were plus. Stacy was amazing! She was prompt to respond anytime I had a question and made sure we had the best stay. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

House is in a great neighborhood, not far from the beach. Clean home; has everything you would need! Owner is great at responding timely to question and concerns. We brought 2 dogs and ther is plenty of space for them indoors and out.

The best vacation ever!

The accommodations were amazing. Short walk to the beach short commute to local shopping and grocery stores. Very quiet neighborhood and Stacey is a very accommodating and gracious host.

We just wrapped up an absolutely dreamy beach vacation at this incredible spot, and I’m still smiling thinking about it! Great location!

My family & i loved this house! We were able to walk to the private beach & see the ocean from the rooftop deck! The host was super easy to get in touch with & very nice. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s & this is the only one that has had nice pots & pans because I do cook breakfast on vacation.

Panama City Beach home!

The house was very cute, and felt like a real home. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. A 2 minute walk takes you to your private beach access. Stacey was a great host, and I have no problem recommending her property.
