We had an amazing stay. Right at the beach with plenty of room for our large group. Everything was comfortable and clean. We will definately want to come back again!

View of the beach is 5-star. The beach itself is fantastic...light traffic and great location.Landscape clean up due to overgrowth on front and rear stairs is needed.If you like super soft beds...this is your place.

The house was perfect for our college baseball team! There were plenty of beds, and the beach chairs and toys in the closet were a great bonus. The host was very responsive and easy to connect with. Check in and check out was seamless and easy. One thing to note is that you need to go outside to move between the first and second floor, but this was not a problem at all. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing beach access! Kitchen had all the appliances and cookware needed. Tons of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and more for a great experience.

Thanksgiving getaway

Spacious and great location

Plenty of space for the all of us, including 6 adults and 5 teenagers. Also, it is only seconds from the beach. Very enjoyable time!

Beautiful place. Only thing I would say needs to change is amount of towels, dish rags and washcloths. Other than that well stocked kitchen (we needed a pizza cutter but we made a knife work lol) very clean unit. Would stay again.

Nice PCB Location

Spring Break

Stayed here with friends over spring break and the house was perfect. The place was super nice, clean and spacious. It fit everything and everyone we needed it too. It was in a great location being 5 minutes from Pier Park and other fun locations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

I will start with the positive. The house was clean and the location was great. Now the negative, the ceiling in the Master bedroom looked like they had ATTEMPTED to do a patch job from a pretty severe leak and did not finish or did not fix it to begin with. I walked under the vent and had nasty water (with mold, I believe) fall on my head. The ceiling was dark brown with water dripping. Property management had to be aware because there were places that were patched right by it and it was dark brown water (meaning the leak had been there). When I looked up into the vent, I could see mold or what appeared to be mold. The bathroom down the hall was also the same way. I do have pictures. While we were on the beach ,our next door neighbors came over and said that they were very shocked at the condition of the townhomes as they had numerous issues in the one they had rented as well. This tells me that the owners and/or property management does not inspect adequately or simply does not care . It seems to be about rent it and forget it. Before, I booked this townhome, I would ask for pictures of the master bedroom and the bathroom down the hall from the master (guest bedroom's bathroom) . There was also a "musty" smell. Yes, many homes on the beach have that smell but this was almost overwhelming . I've been coming to this beach my entire life and I have never written a negative review. Hopefully, they get it together as this townhome has a lot of potential if taken care of.

Amazing! Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect. The property also had all sorts of beach stuff including chairs, coolers and sand toys for the kids. We look forward to staying at this property next year!!

Perfect spot

WE were in town working the motorcycle rally, and will certainly stay here again. Right on the beach with private walk, and a grocery store/ spirits is right across the street. The place is beautiful with plenty of room. A huge family could stay here and all have a place to sleep. Love this place.

Baseball Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fantastic! We had a college baseball tournament over spring break, and this rental was perfect for our team. Right on the beach with great views, and the owner is very responsive to messages. The beach toys and chairs in the porch closet were a great bonus for our group, and we really enjoyed our time here. One thing to note is that you have to go outside to move between the first and second floor. We definitely recommend Dusty's Oyster Bar for some local fare and visiting the shops at Pier Park. We plan to stay here again next year!
