Adagio E-202 Poolside Condo - Amazing Poolside Views!!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway!

This was our second time staying at Adagio and it did not disappoint. This unit had everything you could need and then some. Great location, very clean, and a well-stocked kitchen. The complimentary bike rentals were an added bonus!

Spring Break 2023 @Adagio

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great week at Adagio! The condo was as pictured and very comfortable. Other than the tile floors needing a good scrubbing it was very clean. The pools were lovely (still a little cool to be in the non-heated one). Loved the beach here - fairly flat, but take note there are 45 stairs to get there! We rented chairs/umbrella on-site and would do that again but they are pretty expensive (having the chairs out until 6 pm rather than 5 pm would be nice). There is a small area if you want to bring your own. More bath towels are needed - only 1 per person were provided. Also, guests with small kids ignore the hot tub rules which state over 21 after 6 pm. Kids and teens were routinely in the hot tub after 6. It's great property though and we would definitely go back despite a few little annoyances.

Management sucks

We had rented this condo originally but when we arrived, it hadn’t been cleaned at all!! Pubic hairs all over the toilets, showers and counters. Crap stains on my toilet, main bathroom disgusting tub and toilet. Kitchen utter nightmare, oven top had crumbs all over it as well as counters, didn’t even leave a new roll of paper towels. I came in and went thru an entire Lysol bottle of wipes, Clorox spray not exactly what I wanted to do after a 12 hour drive and still wasn’t done. The assistant manager then decided to move us to d101, much better. They use the laziest cleaning staff ever and I don’t believe they Covid spray crap. You still need to disinfect everything yourself. It was a disappointment bc we stayed at another location 2 years ago at the Adagio and it was perfect.

Restful Retreat

Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture and lots of space for our family of 7. The living room provided many seating options as well as the outdoor patio. We enjoyed meals together at the table outside overlooking the pools. With the waterfalls in the pool it sounds like you’re listening to the ocean while relaxing on the outdoor sofa. The pools were huge and provided lots of entertainment time. It was easy to access the private beach and also several restaurants across the street. One of our favorite things to do was walk to Blue Mountain Creamery and then walk the beach home at sunset while enjoying our ice cream. We would definitely stay in E202 again.

The location to restaurants/shops is great right along 30A. The host was very responsive, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the pool was awesome. It is important to note that there are several steps to get down to the beach and if you don't reserve an umbrella and chairs then you will likely have to setup behind two rows of those reserved without clear sight to the beach directly in front. Overall, we would love to return in the future! Thanks for a great vacation location!

They have the best patio furniture of all the units and it gets evening sun which is the warmest in the off-season. The kitchen is well supplied and all the upgrades are perfect. We love the location and easy access to the beach and walking distance to bakeries and taco joints. This is a quieter side of 30 a and adagio has it all

Lovely Condo!

Only recommendations would be to upgrade the washer and dryer and put some hooks or additional towel bars in the primary bathroom.Adagio’s location can’t be beat, which is why we return each winter. We stayed for the month of February and loved the sunny afternoons on the lanai! Great restaurants and hiking opportunities nearby.Scott and his team are great to work with. Communications were prompt and informative. Thanks for a wonderful month!

Beautiful building, great location

We loved the Adagio property, the pools, beach, and location. The condo was very clean except for the floors. I contacted management and they sent two ladies to mop the floors. It didn't make much of a difference. Not sure what the problem was but am guessing that the travertine floors need to be re-sealed and steamed to remove built up dirt that has seeped into the porous stone. The master bedroom mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. If these two items are corrected, I would give this unit a 5 star rating. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that it's so close to the grocery store and minutes away from great restaurants.

Christmas/New Year Stay 2020

Beautiful unit, very clean and sufficient sleeping for our family. There are TV's in 3 rooms with enough channels to keep you busy. Pool water was cold but the hot spa was hot enough to use. Very close to the beach, our unit was behind blocks A,B,C which protected the other units from the weather. Only negative comment was no BBQ facility at the condor itself, there are however 4 units outside on the corners of the blocks, however with the cold weather, this made the BBQ not pleasant, otherwise an excellent stay.
