Regarding the bathroom supplies, we typically provide starter essentials, and I apologize if these were missing during your visit this is something we’ll address with our cleaning team right away. I had also mentioned to you that I was willing to provide the items and drop them off. I never received an answer. For check-in, I understand how the lockbox and keypad setup may have been confusing. We’ll review and update our instructions to make access clearer for future guests. As for the backyard lighting, thank you for pointing this out. We’ll make sure clearer instructions are provided so guests can easily enjoy that feature without any inconvenience. Lastly, the home is owner-occupied part of the year, which is noted in the listing, but we understand that comfort and usability are key, and we appreciate your perspective. If a fully stocked kitchen and family photos are what your referring to as personal items being an inconvenience then I highly recommend on your next stay to book at hotel.
