This RARE third floor CORNER condo is located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1 and situated in the 3 diamond Seascape Beach resort overlooking Monterey Bay in Aptos, CA. With easy access to 17-miles of secluded beachfront, three pools & hot tubs, a gas fire pit with outdoor seating, walking trails, restaurant and lounge, Seascape is unlike any other Monterey Bay resort - Everything you need for a perfect getaway! Oh, by the way, the sunsets are breathtaking!
The Resort has one of the most picturesque Monterey Bay restaurants. Sanderlings features an award-winning menu including traditional and contemporary dishes made with the freshest local ingredients, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines, craft beers, and artisanal cocktails. There is a variety of fine dining choices, as well as many family-oriented restaurants nearby. Across the street from the resort is Seascape Village with more restaurants, boutique shops, and a spa. Within walking distance is the Seascape Golf Course, and the Seascape Sports Club where you can participate in Yoga, Zumba, Pilates etc. classes for a nominal fee. With all the comforts of a private beach home this California Coast style condo is completely furnished with features that include a vaulted ceiling, gas-burning fireplace, private balcony facing Monterey Bay, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD player, hair dryer.
The kitchenette (2 stove top burners, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, place settings for 4 and kitchen utensils) is fully loaded with everything you will need to make a homecooked meal or take a stroll to Sanderlings for a lovely dinner. The units boasts a Tuft and Needle King size bed. Both Elevator and stair access is provided. As a private vacation rental, you will have access to all Resort amenities EXCEPT daily maid/cleaning service, bell hop golf cart service to the beach and firepit/s'mores events pre-arranged on the beach. Guests pay for any resort charges.

We were Very impressed with the home and the resort and the location. Very glad we picked it for our stay in the Santa Cruz area. Will definitely look for it's availability the next time we'll be staying in that area.

Magnificent location with a beautiful view of the Pacific (Monterey Bay). Easy walking path down to ocean and not too difficult back up but you can call for transportation down or back if you are carrying chairs/picnics or are concerned about the steepness. Very welcoming front desk guidance if needed. There is a scenic and challenging golf course nearby with fragrance of eucalyptus and occasional deer roaming nearby. The unit is well equipped.

This was the perfect place for my much needed solo R&R. The condo was lovely, was in a great location with magnificent view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, and very quiet and serene. It had everything I needed and easy walk or drive to so many activities and sites. Underground parking and easy access to the condo. Highly recommend.
