This place was perfect for our romantic getaway! The location couldn't be beat. We walked 3 miles along the coast from Rio del Mar Beach through Seacliff Beach and New Brighton Beach and back, a beautiful 6-mile round trip right along the water.The home itself sleeps 5 comfortably and is thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. We loved the beach themed decor, and the reclining chairs on the sofa were so comfortable, perfect for our movie night! The king sized bed was comfortable too. We BBQ'd one afternoon on the outdoor electric grill, and the outdoor dining setup made for a perfect evening. It's clear the hosts thought of everything, and the home was spotless throughout. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful beach bungalow tucked up quiet side street beyond Pixi Deli. Single story with wonderful large back patio. Owners have provided everything you need and extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and cart to wheel it a short distance to beach!! Beds comfortable, updated appliances, kitchen stocked! Ceiling fans and air conditioning perfect for warmer days . Cozy family get away. Portable crib and high chair for baby. Will stay again for sure !

Perfect, cozy cottage. About a block from the beach, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and furnishings. Very responsive host (2 very minor questions). Loved the quiet and vibes of Aptos and Rio Del Mar…wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute. Some of the utensils like teaspoons and spatulas was limited or no there. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Reliable, well stocked kitchen with real knives and pans, perfectly comfortable and great amenities within walking distance. Host is responsible, communicative and dependable, which I find great value in.

Great location! 2 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Nicely stocked kitchen and private outdoor patio area. Loved being able to walk to the beach and local stores and restaurants. Off street parking.

The place is highly recommended! My family had a great time. It’s so close to the beach and there’s a deli nearby, their breakfast burrito is really good! The washlet toilet seats in both bathrooms are amazing, especially when using it at night, the seats are warm :)

Cute, cozy, clean, lots of little extras; we loved the bidets and heated toilet seat, multi-color bathroom lighting, electronic fireplace, cozy sofa with power recliners; can walk to/from great beach and 3 eateries.

Great location, great stay

This place is in the perfect spot - right near beautiful beaches and a fun beach town. The house is nice and clean and loaded with goodies. The owner/manager communicated well. We would definitely stay again.

Great little beach house that is walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to a little deli, and a market. Everything was as described and my wife and 2 adult children absolutely loved staying here. We were in town for a family wedding but will definitely consider staying here in the future. It's a great vacation house. Thank You!!
