- This is a great house for relaxing but if you're looking to party this is not the house for you. The beach house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and we are committed to keeping it peaceful.

- 2 bedroom, 1 bath; two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa
- All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, and beach toys
- High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, No cable or local channels),
- Full-size washer and dryer; scent-free laundry detergent
- Walk to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor and Pizza My Heart
- Convenient, five-minute drive to Safeway, coffee shops and Aptos Farmers Market
- Complimentary use of vehicle day use pass for local state parks and beaches
- Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions no events or parties allowed on the property
- Check-in is 4:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
