Repeat renter. Cabin is one of our favorites. Addition of A/C was very pleasant as in this area most homes do not have a/c. Owners are great at communication. Thanks for letting us stay for our annual 4th of July celebration in Pagosa for the last 20 years.

We have been coming to the Pagosa Springs area for many years and I can confidently say that this was the nicest cabin we have ever rented. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and cool. The A/C was really nice to have as it was a warm week to visit. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and I didn't miss a thing as we enjoyed cooking many dinners and enjoying our family time together. The owners were very responsive and explained in detail the steps we needed to follow for a comfortable visit and why it was important to do certain things such as keeping the outside trash can locked in case of bears! We did see one on our way to Pagosa, so that was quite a thrill! The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and we saw a lot of wonderful wildlife driving around the neighborhood each day. It is conveniently located near a grocery store and many restaurants as well. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back again soon!

Amazing place!

Loved the property and the location. This place worked perfect for two families of four. The sledding hill and proximity to wolf creek made this for an awesome trip.

We agree the location is pretty special - just a 45-50 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area and just a 25-30 second walk to fun sledding on property! Beautiful spacious home in Pagosa Springs! This home met all our needs and had plenty of room for our two families. The Host is very accommodating, attentive and responsive. It’s located out of town a bit but not too far where it was an issue. The trip to Wolf Creek ski area from home was no problem at all. We had no issues and will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

Amazing holiday stay

Had a great Thanksgiving holiday! This place had amazing views. The fully equipped kitchen made our stay stress free as we cooked our Thanksgiving meal. It was exactly as described in the listing! It was great, clean and comfy!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially loved coffee on the deck in the morning, cooking family dinners, and all the amazing activities pagosa has to offer during the day.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!

Beautiful views, beautiful cabin.

Plenty of comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. All amenities were clearly communicated leaving us time to just enjoy our stay, hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling. The owners are great communicators and accommodating. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views.

This cabin was amazing. The large windows with the awesome views made it that much better. The host were easy to communicate with and set the house up to make us feel welcome and at home. Would highly recommend this property. Very spacious and open so large groups can hang out together.

Great cozy home with outdoor space!

We love coming to Pagosa Springs in the winter and sledding is our favorite activity! This house checked all the boxes for us. Cozy, full of amenities, and a sledding hill next door!! Will definitely book again if the opportunity arises!!

Amazing!!

I went with family. The view was breathtaking. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the house. There was space for everyone and the rooms were big. The owners where amazing and so easy to get in contact with.

Winter Wonderland!

This property exceeded our expectations! The kids loved having their very own private sledding hill and coffee morning views were Breathtaking! The Marstiller’s were extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had! Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful view of Pagosa Peak!

My husband and 3 adult kids stayed in this wonderful cabin! We all had plenty of room and privacy. The house was super clean and very comfortable. We sat on the deck in the morning, had lunch and enjoyed the evening. It was wonderful! The house was exactly as advertised and we would definitely come back!

We both grew up in Michigan and missed winter activities having lived in the heat of the southwest for the past 25 years. Diana started skiing in Colorado as a teenager and longed to get back on the great snow of the Rockies. Dave is an avid biker and fell in love with the mountain bike trails of the Pagosa Springs area upon first ride. Our good friends from home invited us to Pagosa Springs and after staying with them a few times in the last 2.5 years, we fell in love with the area and decided we needed a place here too!

We instantly fell in love with this cabin and its proximity to Wolf Creek Ski Area, the national forest, and Hatcher Lake! We love the natural beauty of the surrounding area and the views of the San Juan mountains are incredible!
