Updated Sunriver home, just a short bike ride to the Village and SHARC. 10 unlimited-use SHARC passes are included with our home! Air conditioning (rare for SR rentals) installed Spring 2019. Three-level, 1850 sq.ft. home where you can relax with your family on our quiet and conveniently located loop on the South side of Sunriver. Enjoy our open deck and patio area with private hot tub as you watch deer roam our backyard daily! New outdoor patio furniture with two tables and plenty of seating; two loungers as well! Easy access to bike paths, Sunriver Lodge, and the beautiful Deschutes River. Our home also features a living area with a large flat screen/DVR, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, a separate bonus room, ping pong & pool table! All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, and cable is provided throughout the house. If winter sports are your thing, our home is the perfect base camp for all your adventures with a convenient access to South Century Drive leading directly to Mt. Bachelor's amazing ski resort less than 30 minutes away! After a day of chilly outdoor activity, settle back in with our crackling wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm. And don't forget all the breweries and great shopping that Bend has to offer, only 20 minutes away!

Sunriver Resort is a luxury resort and residential community in central Oregon located 15 miles south of Bend. It boasts 300 days of sunshine and a climate ideal for a myriad of outdoor activities - both warm and cold weather. Enthusiasts enjoy endless outdoor recreation activities including over 40+ miles of paved walking & biking paths, golf, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking, kayaking, floating, stand-up paddle boarding, white water-rafting, skiing, rock climbing, disc golf, tubing, and ice skating (in the winter months). There is a quaint village of small boutiques and shops, great restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The premier aquatic and recreation SHARC is all-season center that offers heated indoor aquatics year-round and heated outdoor aquatics during the summer season. No heat

Property was beautiful slightly outdated but beautiful for our annual family NYE snow trip. Unfortunately the downstairs has no heat, we lost power multiple times with the space heaters & electric fireplaces they provided. Their electrician stated they needed to revamp entire system for it to be heated properly. Thankfully our firewood

Trip to remember

We had a wonderful family holiday getaway, we had packed a christmas tree to put up - but the house already had one up! it was so magical - the kitchen had plenty of tools for me to cook our family a christmas dinner, and the kids especially loved the pool table and ping pong. Our teens loved the short walk to get coffee and food trucks. This will always be a special trip for us - in the snow, my boyfriend proposed and we were able to celebrate our engagement with all of our kids. Thank you for having such a welcoming, comfortable house.

Perfect Family Friendly Home

Host was very accommodating even putting up an artificial Christmas tree for us to make our holiday stay perfect. House is cozy, neat and clean with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and everything we needed.

Outstanding Stay

First, no words will accurately express how much we enjoyed our stay here. This is our family’s 11th consecutive summer vacation with adult kids and grandkids. 6 adults and 2 pre-teen kids. 1. Communication with the owners was outstanding. 2. The house was so well equipped with everything you need. 3. Loved the layout of the house. The kids had their own space and the adults had plenty of room inside or 9n the deck for visiting. 4. The location of the house….unbelievable. It was so quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the lodge or village. Just off a bike path. 5. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. a spare fridge is in the garage. 6. Hot tub, pool table ping pong table. Tons of games to play. We are planning our trip for next year and hope to be able to return to this property. Highly recommend it to any group of 8-12. We thoroughly had a great trip and we started it on day 1 when we arrived to see our house in person.

Memorial Weekend Baseball Tournament

Our home in Sunriver was perfect. After traveling to Bend each day we returned to our lovely home in a quiet, wooded neighborhood where we could relax in the hot tub, grill, cook, play ping pong and pool with our grandchildren and escape the crowds and traffic in Bend. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for gathering together or finding space for alone time. The yard was great for playing wiffle ball in the crisp early mornings. We will definitely return if we attend next year.

Great location and home layout to host a group

The house is a short walk to the Village. The house is spacious and has all the basic amenities. We were a group of 9 and enjoyed all the space. It is an older home and has some wear and tear. We particularly didn’t care for the sinks being part of the main bedroom but overall enjoyed our visit. The communication from the owners was great!

Sunriver Family Escape

Parkland 2 was an ideal location in Sunriver. Home was furnished nicely - with plenty of adult bicycles, 4 bedrooms, kitchen was equipped nicely, with hot tub & decks. We enjoyed our stay!

What a gem!

This property checked all the boxes for us. The home sits right on the bike path, close to the heart of Sunriver and easy access to the meadow loop via the bike path. It was quiet yet you saw people riding and walking by all the time. We loved the outdoor space and use of the bikes. The owners were prompt to respond and treated us with a kind, friendly manner. The home came with so many thoughtful supplies including spices, large number of dishes and utensils, plentiful towels and linens, and a large number of games and books. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the adults appreciated the air conditioning. We felt right at home!

Christmas in Sunriver

Perfect house for our family Christmas trip. Lots of space, fun board games, pool table and ping pong for entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We’ve rented numerous houses in the area and our family will definitely put this at the top of the list for favorite places. Looking forward to coming back.

Great family vacation home

This was a wonderful house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there was a great selection of games and movies. Everyone enjoyed the ping-pong, pool table, and bicycles. Best of all, there was great communication from the owners. We knew exactly what to expect. And the one small issue that arose during our stay was dealt with immediately. Spring Break fun

Excellent property for our family on Spring Break. Fun bike riding, playing pool, and lounging in the Hot Tub. Kids loved all the movies especially since they could watch them in the bunk bed. Thanks for a great time.
