Welcome to the Treehouse, a cozy retreat tucked into one of St. Petersburg's most charming historic neighborhoods.

Guests love the comfortable king bed, tropical courtyard, complimentary beach cruisers, and easy access to downtown, waterfront parks, restaurants, breweries, and local attractions. Located in the beautiful Euclid St. Paul neighborhood, you'll enjoy quiet brick-lined streets, historic homes, towering oak trees, and a true neighborhood feel while being just minutes from everything St. Pete has to offer.



This unique second-floor guest suite features a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and comfortable living space designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. The primary bedroom includes a king bed that guests consistently describe as exceptionally comfortable. Just off the primary bedroom is a private sleeping porch with its own door, dedicated A/C, and a twin bed—perfect for a child, teen, or solo traveler. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for families or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Many guests choose to leave the car behind and explore by bike. Two complimentary beach cruisers are included, making it easy to ride to Crescent Lake, downtown St. Petersburg, waterfront parks, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, museums, and the Pier.

When you're ready to unwind, relax on your private balcony overlooking the courtyard or enjoy the property's tropical outdoor spaces. Guests have access to a shared courtyard featuring a waterfall, plunge pool, hammock, patio seating, and Weber BBQ. Many guests describe the courtyard as a peaceful oasis and a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or downtown.

We loved our stay! Cute property, enjoyed taking a little dip in the pool. Everything was clean and as expected. Beach towels and beach chairs were great additions. Near bus stops that made public transit easy

The treehouse was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed, and was very clean. The pool was a nice ending for the hot days. The location was very convenient to downtown. Lisa was very responsive the few times I needed to message her. Parking is a bit tough, but we were able to park on the side street with no issues. I would definitely book again.

The host was very helpful and kind. She was easy to get a hold of, and the Treehouse was very nice. We felt safe, and it was very clean. The outdoor area was super cute and well taken care of.

Quick family trip

My father, my daughter and myself needed a place to stay when coming to town for my nephew's high school graduation. This place was great for our small group. Very organized, owner was very responsive by text. Will definitely look here when returning

Our stay was wonderful!! Loved, loved the Treehouse!! We've had a lovely experience. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our 15-year old daughter loved her sleeping area. We have enjoyed St. Petersburg. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Family visit

Cute little unit. Good location near downtown st. Pete. Owner was very informative of the rules of her unit. Common area with plants and dipping pool nice but she needs to give her plants some loving care.

Treehouse St Pete

We arrived 3 -days late. We were traveling from San Diego and the airlines kept rebooking us because Hurricane Idelia was predicted to plow through Tampa. Fortunately Tampa just got the fringes of the storm, and we were able to extend several days on the backend. The Treehouse was perfect for a young couple in their 60’s with no health problems. If you have bad knees or use a wheelchair, there is an ADA rental on the first floor. Great area and convenient to area attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful.

Central Location for City and Beach Activities

Our stay at the "Treehouse" was wonderful! I have to admit that we were a little concerned when we first arrived to the inner-city narrow street with extremely tight parking, but after getting the parking down pat and going for a stroll in the neighborhood, we felt much better. We enjoyed activities in St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, and Madeira Beach. Our favorite activity was exploring on the bicycles which were provided by the host. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a large king-sized bed, two full sofas, full kitchen and lots of extras, including awesome air conditioning when you come in from a long, hot day at the beach! We are looking forward to returning! Thank you Lisa! : )

Yes the house is maxed to the fullest on the property thus leaving semi tight parking on one side. but once you get it down its no problem I was doing it with my Honda Minivan it just feels weird at first- so thanks for that note! :-) I am so glad you got out on the bikes too they are one of my fav things about st pete how bike friendly! I do hope you come back again!

Road trip

We were visiting St. Pete from SC for a combination birthday anniversary get away. We wanted to take in a Tampa Bay game because they were playing Toronto and my cousin is a Blue Jay! We also wanted to go beach hopping and whatever we found of interest. The Treehouse was a perfect location for the game and for just the two of us. Took us a bit to get our bearings otherwise, but we went to the Sunken Gardens, Pass A Grille beach and Ft DeSoto and State park beaches. Ate local seafood, and visited local Florida Orange Grove winery on the way out. Neat place and business! Next time we’ll stay longer as there was much to do and see! An FYI if you haven’t visited/stayed in this area of Florida - many of the rentals near the islands have several units that share a courtyard and parking. Some are part of owners house. Just read descriptions for particulars!
