Great 2nd floor location on famous Thomas Dr. on one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. Panama City Beach is known for it's pure white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony with great views from every room. Owner has purchased a couple chairs and an umbrella along with a tent (please note these must be brought back in everyday if they are left outside the beach patrol will throw away)
Many extras including a Keurig coffee maker along with a new regular 8 cup coffee maker. (We like Coffee) Toaster oven, Microwave and all of the standard appliances to make your stay enjoyable.
Master Bedroom has a brand new King bed with a Gulf view! Master bath has a separate makeup vanity from the shower area.
Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and private entrance to hall bath. All bedrooms have TV's well as the living room.
Living room has an extra large TV sleeper sofa 1 recliner and 2 sitting chairs. Both couches are sleeper sofas. Living room has a queen and single sleeper sofas.
Dining area has a table that seats 6 and breakfast bar that seats 2 more.
Balcony at the B building are extra large breakfast table and 2 chairs, and 4 more chairs so everyone can sit and enjoy the views.

Great for families

Great location. Super close to the beach. Includes supervised parking, 2 pools, and a tiki bar near one of the pools.

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

The Dunes of Panama B204

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved are stay there. The condo had all the essentials accept hangers. The kitchen cupboards had way too much dishes, bowls. There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

First time staying. Great experience

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The condo had EVERYTHING you would need! Loved the Tiki Bar and Stingray! Loved our view! The restaurants were AMAZING!

Great Location

Reviewer Comments: To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.This year not so much.Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.It was difficult to sleep.Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time! Loved the box of beach toys on the porch and we even left new shovels for future guests. Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.

Best place I've ever stayed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very glad I chose to stay here. It was only my 2 sons (17 &13) and myself and we all loved it. Right on the beach, quiet, clean, gated access to the hotel, perfect size, 2 bathrooms, unbelievably comfortable beds and all for a great price. Great location also. Next time we want to go on vacation I am most definitely going check with 4 star before anyone else. The 1 and only thing I didn't like is having to print out the paperwork then sign it and fax or email back. That was nothing major though and definitely not a deal breaker.

Good but needs updates

Great location all around, close to St Andrews park and less traffic as opposed to the other end of town. Room was a close walk to the beach & pools. Had great views of both as well. The only negatives were a lot of the items in the rooms were outdated and could use a refresh such as ceiling fans, fridge, etc.

Not quite as advertised….

The room is fine. The balcony is great. The view of the pool is perfect. View of the beach— no. You CAN see it, but through the palms and if you lean over the edge some. There is great decking and a great path to the beach, as long as you go after 8 am. The beds are very squeaky and uncomfortable- the worst, I think, of any VBRO I’ve stayed in. The elevator is right in front of the door, which is great for unloading and loading. The trash chute is also right in front of the door, also good. Water pressure, great. Vent fans— LOUD— Great, quiet location. Far away from the main attractions, but quick access. We had a great time, love love love the beach as always! Would not stay here again.

The property was exacty as promised. We had all amenities we needed for the week. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tvs in all the bedrooms. Only complaint i could have is the showers are really low and you have to bend down a bit to use it. But nothing worth complaining. Amazing view of the ocean. 2 pools and beach directly out back. Def would return.

Condo had everything you needed Incase you wanted to cook , but we rather go out other than sandwiches and Cereal ! Close to lots of places to eat Seafood . The only negative thing I can say is the bathrooms are small and really low ceilings.. I would love to stay there again .
