Amazing and cozy space near the beach!

This was the perfect stay for my family. It’s clean and comfortable. Renovated perfectly. And the owners were awesome at responding quickly.

Ocean view from the balcony and primary bedroom, clean facility with a gym and tiki bar. The pool area is great, and there were 2 complimentary beach chairs with an unbrella for us. Property management responded quickly to answer any questions. Overall very nice stay, would come back again!

Renovations & upgrades a definite plus! Very clean & great space!Easy check-in & check-out process. I received quick responses to Questions & inquiries. A few minor kitchen utensil issues were given to the management team. (Probably not brought to owner/management attention)Would definitely recommend the condo…hoping we can do a return visit…will definitely try to book again!

FAMILY GETAWAY

Everything was neat and clean. Very close accommodations and walk to beach. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen. You only get one trash bag so you may want to bring a couple with you for trash. The only complaint was no recliner. We loved our stay!

The one where I turned 50!

We love the Dunes of Panama! We have stayed in several buildings in the complex. This condo was great! Clean and spacious! We had some minor issues (needed light bulbs and repair a dining chair) but both issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again. Recommend!

This was my 3rd year staying in the same apartment. The location is great, its gated in, has its own pools, beach access is insanely close, apartment always in great shape. The only "complaint" i have is, we found the beds to be extremely firm. This ofcourse is a personal preference and cant suit everyone. If you prefer a softer bed, possibly pickup a foam bed topper if you're staying more than a couple days

Nice condo

Nice condo on the 10th floor with breathtaking ocean views. The location was fantastic, and the higher floor added to the charm. The only minor downside was the bed in the master bedroom, which happened to be quite firm and less comfortable than I’d hoped. Despite this, the condo itself was well-furnished and spacious, making for an enjoyable overall stay.

Lovely condo - Slow communication

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Dunes of Panama. The condo seemed fairly clean, with the exception of a few details that showed me that the cleaning staff did their job rather quickly, but that’s often expected and those things didn’t affect our stay. What did set the trip off on a rough note was the fact that the main condo door only had the coded lock, but no secondary lock for security, which was included on the listing. While it might not matter to some, it was very important to me for personal reasons, and I spent the first night unable to sleep, which left me exhausted and dealing with a migraine the next day, which was my daughters birthday and our first full day at PCB. Being that it was a Sunday, my husband knew that nothing could be done immediately and was able to find and purchase a removable security bar so that I would be able to sleep. I emailed the management company to inform them of the issue, advising that they remedy the situation, or at the very least, modify the listing to be accurate to hopefully avoid a similar situation in the future. I sent the email and a text on Monday, and was disappointed when I had no response 48 hours later. I got a brief response when I followed up on Wednesday, but received no resolve to the issue during our stay, and really didn’t feel that they were very compassionate to the fact that it caused such a disruption to the start of our trip or that we had to spend our own money to feel comfortable in the condo. :-(

I have stayed in better areas at PCB for cheaper. I loved the gated community aspect but floors were filthy, pests were observed, when coffee machine broke took two mornings to get another one. Also tiki bar drinks were not mixed well. Has beautiful balcony views but we will not be back!
