Poolside Paradise 4 bedrooms/3 bath. Hot tub, pool and putting green

Poolside Paradise is the perfect place to relax and/or play. Whether you enjoy relaxing by the private pool (Sorry, the pool is NOT a heated and not able to be heated) our hot tub (IS heated), Taking a few putts on the putting green, firing up the grill to cook that perfect steak, or just sitting on the patio enjoying a cold beverage while watching some TV, this place has it all.

Poolside Paradise is close to many recreational activities (Golfing, Hiking, Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc...) At this property, you will be 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from TPC Scottsdale, 15 minutes from Barrett Jackson Auction, 28 minutes from University of Phoenix Stadium, close to many of the spring training baseball fields, and many other attractions.

Inside, there are 4 bedrooms all with ergonomic beds, Alarm clocks with USB ports built in so you can charge your devices as you sleep.3 large full bathrooms, Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, a Foosball table, and a great lounging area that also provides electrical outlets with built in USB ports for your charging essentials. Please note that we do have video/audio surveillance cameras located outside the home in the front and side entry areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. There is a strict noise ordinance in Phoenix Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We also require the names and ages of ALL guests who enter our property in writing on the contract. Please also see notes on this property. Our amazing cleaning staff arrives promptly at 11am on the day of your check out so a late fee will be charged for any guests still in the home after 11am. We are sometimes able to accommodate early check in for the fee of $25 per hour. we are always happy to answer any and all questions you may have.

Great Family Spot!

We stayed here for Spring Break with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The extra activities (foosball, golf and video games) kept everyone busy. Great outdoor space, lots of room inside and very well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an older property that has been well taken care of by t does show its age. The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was nice and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and easily accessible. The host was very easy to deal with and worked with us well. Thank you

Get away to sunshine!

The property was clean and had all of the necessary comforts. It was large enough to give everyone their own bath. There is one caveat, the downstairs bedroom has the pool filter right outside the window. It was rather loud, but the couple in the room said they eventually got used to the sound. Lovely place to celebrate birthday and friends! Close to some excellent restaurants.

Great Golf Getaway

House was perfect. 4 bedrooms. All rooms had queen beds or larger. It was perfect for the 4 of us on a golf trip. Pool and hot tub were very refreshing for after our long day on the golf course. Outdoor grill was great and they even have an outside TV to watch while in the pool or eating outside. If we come back next year for our trip we would definitely stay here. Great location. Owner was very quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you.

Beautiful Home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Makes all the difference with a beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for family and great outdoor space with pool and spa. Plus it's in a great location between Scottsdale and Peoria/Glendale - easy to get around the Phoenix area. We also made a day trip to see Sedona which is less than 1.5 hours away. John & Shasta are fabulous owners who were very gracious with great communication. There is nothing they missed - wonderful hospitality and extremely welcoming as well! Thank you so much! Can't wait to return.

Convenient location for Couples Golf Get Away

There were 4 couples staying and we had another couple join us later in the week. One bedroom down stairs and the other 3 upstairs including the master. The house had a step up and step-down level located close to the front door and living room. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. Hot tub takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up once you turn on. This property served us well and had a versatile location. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Golfer delight

this property was outstanding for golfers. very roomy inside, property was equipped with everything you could possibly need. grill and swimming pool were a little suspect, but we were advised of that prior to our arrival. host always would get back to us immediately. there were 4 golfers staying there. everyone of use has agreed to request this property again for our feb 24 outting. this is our 16 year of which we have stayed at hotels and suites, we will never go back to that. we all had the feeling of being at home at this property. thank you host, you will be hearing from us again

Excellent get away

I traveled to Phoenix to spend some time with my 26 yr old son who lives there and couldn't travel home for the holidays. We enjoyed the property so much. Shasta was in contact with us making sure everything went smoothly. She was so sweet and on top of everything. If we needed anything, she was only a text away. The house is stocked, from spices and condiments in the kitchen, detergent for the wash, to golf clubs for the putting green. Tons of towels for the bath and hot tub. The location is perfect. In 15 mins you can be on a great hike (we did a couple listed on our Alltrails app) or in 20 mins. you can be eating at a amazing restaurant in Scottsdale. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we could need. Beautiful yard space to eat outside too. We finished each night soaking in the hot tub and watching the game on tv from the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable too. The house is clean and let me say again that the beds were comfortable! We will definitely book again for my next visit.

You can find better unless you’re looking for a poorly maintained frat house.

The house was a rough stretch of highway. Most everything was dinged, dented or completely damaged. This house has been abused and not worth it. The only door lock to access the property wouldn’t work on occasion then 10 mins later would let us in. First impression was that it was a total frat house. Mismatched furniture, crooked pictures, every floor squeaked, the pool pump is the loudest on the neighborhood by a lot. The only coffee maker leaks so they put a tray under it instead of a replacement!!?! The BBQ doesn’t work. I had to buy replacement parts and propane to use the extra they had. I texted the owner about the master bedroom closet door being destroyed and the response was, the group before us was rowdy. The owners do not keep up the house AT ALL. Overall I was here to golf and the bed was comfortable. Other than that this house was trash.

Perfect location for golf and hicking

There were 6 people in our group and everyone had their own space. Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. We had fires in the backyard, used the putting green, grilled, sat in the hot tub, and some jumped in the pool. Lots of TVs, and 1 outside. Quiet neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. Easy access to Hwys. Had a wonderful time! Will book again!
