Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama s Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo that easily sleeps 12! Our 9th floor D unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf from every room! Large open floor plans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.The outdoor balcony grill make it easy to prepare the perfect meal!

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. We have offered three telephone numbers to make it easy for you to make your vacation reservations. Please call. Would be nice to have more trash bags paper towels and toilet paper and maybe a small bottle of laundry detergent and also we thought a air fryer would be nice to have but we really loved our stay it really worked well for our group of 12

This property met expectations and we look forward to booking this unit in the future! There are some minor cosmetic improvements that could be made (refresh on paint) but overall it’s a very nice unit. Location is perfect. Communication with Rafi was excellent!

We’ve always loved turquoise place. This condo was well stocked and clean. The beds are insanely comfy and we all slept great! The condo could use some paint touch ups, otherwise it was great!

It was a beautiful condo. The beds were really comfortable. Not enough dish towels, no trash can in the utility room Master bathroom only had 1 trash can. The curtains in every room has lil tiny holes in them. Having access to a vacuum would be nice. That’s a lot of area to sweep. The outside of the jacuzzi was cracked, there was a board on the balcony where the railing was missing a bar. The ac for the front 3 bedrooms didn’t work that well they were very hot. The lazy river was not working. The balcony doors didn’t lock. Parking for the amount of money that we paid for this condo we should have been able to get more that’s 2 spots and 30 a day for parking is ridiculous FYI. Now we did have an amazing time and I am not saying we never staying there again just some honest feedback. Thank you Davina

This condo is beautiful and the location is perfect, very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I had my morning coffee on the balcony each day and watched dolphins swim by. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and the elevators!!! We would to be back again next year

Extremely large and beautiful condo! We were really happy with the accommodations! After staying in multiple near by condos over the last 11 years this unit is by far the nicest! Parking was convenient and amenities were top notch! Thank you for such a nice vacation getawau!

Absolutely breathtaking views!

This was our second stay at this specific condo, and it was just as incredible as the first time. Very spacious and has all the amenities you could dream of. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Love this place!

This is our 2nd time staying here and other than the master bed being way too hard, everything else is awesome. My grandson wants to live there!

The location of the condo is great. We’ve stayed at various condos at The Turquoise before. However, this condo needs a deep clean and some TLC.The list is long so I won’t go into it. Being a STR owner myself, we have very high standards and expect places to stay to deliver the same as we give our guests.

The location and the space in the condo was amazing. We had twin 3mo old babies, a 2 yr and 8 yr old plus 6 adults. Appreciated the bar area with ice maker. However, there is a lot of simple maintenance needed inside. 3 of the toilets need a simple flapper replacement (during our stay we had to leave the lid off and stick our hand in to allow it to flush), some outlets didn’t work, issues in primary bath and shower with jets, right sink in primary bath clogged, chairs in living area need to be replaced, drapes in all rooms have holes, not enough utensils for a condo this size, dishwasher door broken, not enough towels for the size (2/bathroom), railing on deck broke and currently supported with a board, hot tub outer shell is broken, pillows in primary bedroom need to be replaced.

Great place to enjoy the cold winter days

We stayed the week after Christmas and really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Very spacious with room for all eight of our guests. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. This was a week to remember!

Turquoise vacay

One week. Beach every day, lazy river. Indoor and outdoor pool. Poolside sandwiches and cocktails. Hot tub on the room’s 9th floor porch worked great. Lots of room for 8 of us.
