Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama s Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo that easily sleeps 12! Our 9th floor D unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf from every room! Large open floor plans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.The outdoor balcony grill make it easy to prepare the perfect meal!

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. Our stay was okay. The location of the condo is wonderful! However, we had to call maintenance immediately when we arrived due to our toilet leaking. We were not able to use it until the next day. There was also black hair found in blankets and sheets-we are all redheads or blondes-so the cleanliness was not up to standards. We would not stay again.

Great property

We loved staying at this condo and plan on coming back. The corner unit gave breathtaking views of the gulf and beyond. The bedrooms and closets were spacious and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors.

Absolutely breathtaking views!

This was our second stay at this specific condo, and it was just as incredible as the first time. Very spacious and has all the amenities you could dream of. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Love this place!

This is our 2nd time staying here and other than the master bed being way too hard, everything else is awesome. My grandson wants to live there!

Orange beach condo

Loved the location. Close to everything. Amazing beach. Amazing view. We will definitely be back!! Shells. My grand kids had the best time shell hunting!

Turquoise Place favorite

We have been to TP a handful of times but this was our first time a 4 bedroom unit. We were blown away with the accommodations, including incredible views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living/dining areas. The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Property manager was friendly and prompt to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Cousin’s reunion

We had a marvelous time at Orange Beach and in the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and the size and location perfect. We were disappointed with the cleanliness-the sheets and floors were not clean, some beds not made, The showers had no mats and no grab bars so not safe. The hot tub was great but no steps to get into it and the kitchen was not clean- dirty counters, dirty and broken dishwasher(it fell out of the cabinet).

Roomy But Very Tired

The condo has great room, and we were very comfortable. We love Turquoise place for the amenities.We also love the attention given daily to the hot tub. However, the condo needs desperately to be undated, refurbished, attention paid to it by the owner. The drapes are coming off from the hook in several rooms, the kitchen and master bath have veneer coming off the cabinets, the ottoman in the master bedroom legs break if you put any weight on it. They have to be screwed back in. One dishwasher did not clean. Kitchen needed attention. Ice maker stopped making ice.To be a luxury condo it did not have the finished look that you would expect.

UPDATES NEEDED!

The unit is in need of thorough cleaning! Upon arrival the unit looked like fresh toilet paper, soap and kitchen towels were replaced. However the balcony furniture was disheveled, a broken recliner was still there and lots of sand. Tile, grout on floors, are dirty. Several commodes have mold in the basin. The dishwashers aren’t attached to the cabinets so they aren’t steady. The twin drawer dishwasher holds water after the cycle is over. The living room drapes have holes in them. The veneers on some cabinet doors and drawers are loose. The Turquoise is a great facility. Just this unit needs attention. .

Our best beach vacation - amazing unit and property

Turquoise Place was absolutely perfect. Details of the property and amenities exceeded our high expectations. There were activities and experiences for every age group from young to senior adults. The property was clean and updated in every area. The celebration of July 4 was over-the-top amazing. From star appliques on the sidewalks to music and fireworks. Our unit exceeded expectations as well. The unit was clean upon arrival and included all the amenities needed for our large family. A commercial size fridge and freezer was perfect for our large grocery orders. The large gas cooktop and the gas grill on the balcony made it easy and enjoyable for us to prepare meals. Two dishwashers and even a stand-alone ice maker were pleasant surprises. The hot tub on the balcony was nice when we weren't quite ready for the beach, lazy river or pools. The property was highly rated even with our teens - there were plenty of areas for them to enjoy without leaving the property. EVERY Turquoise Place staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Unit 909D and Turquoise Place. We hope to return again in the future.

Perfect location, plenty of space!

We really enjoyed our stay here in April 2023. It was a little chilly, but the advantages of this property are the indoor pool and the heated lazy river. Our kids (ages 5 to adult children), really enjoyed the lazy river. When it was too cold or rough to be in the gulf, everyone still loved being on the very beautiful beach. We had plenty of space in the unit for our family of 12. In the past, we have stayed in homes or condos that had bunkbeds that were questionable in their safety. That was not the case here. The bunks were nice and sturdy, as was the rest of the furniture, both inside and on the patio. Rafi was an excellent communicator, and let us know prior to our stay that there would not be a hot tub on the balcony, and offered to refund our money in full if we wanted to cancel the trip. We kept the trip as planned, and were so happy we stayed in this complex! Check in was easy, staff there was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Could use some work!

The guy who owns the property was very communicative and nice, no issue with him. One of the two hot water heaters were broken upon arrival, with wet carpet leading into the master closet. It took a full day for maintenance to show, then telling us they’d get it replaced at least by the next day, we never heard from them again. Not the end of the world since the other hot water heater worked. But really my biggest complaint was lack of towels and blankets. The towels not only seemed old and thin but the bare minimum was given, 2 per bathroom with no extra - this just seems stingy and ridiculous when you are spending this amount on your stay. In general there were a good bit of things that just looked old and dingy, they could spend a little money replacing broken lampshades and ripped decorative pillows etc. and the place could easily go from a 4 to a 5!

Labor Day

The condo was extremely nice and had everything you could possibly want. The main issue we had was with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were not cleaned, the windows had little handprints and larger ones on almost all the windows and all of the beds had sand in them. We understand its a beach but two beds had to be rewashed before we could sleep in them. We found leftover clothes under the beds too. The stove top wasnt cleaned and had splattered grease on it. Just disappointed over the overall cleanliness especially with the cost we paid for cleaning. The gas grill was broken which was a disappointment. There was a great deal if wear and tear of the condo. The curtains had holes, light bulbs were blown, furniture stained. The facility was clean and nice and enjoyed two pools! Enjoyed the extra activities that were provided to the guests and loved being able to park on site. One of our guests were handicap and the condo was easily accessible with wide doors and spacious room.

Turquoise rental

The property is fantastic and is well laid out. Our condo was great for our family it had plenty of room for everyone. However if you can have 14 people you need to have at least 14 forks, spoons, bath towels and wash cloths. The unit is is need of some updates the range hood isn’t operational the fridge and freezer is very hard to open you almost feel as though you may pull it out of the wall and the living room furniture needs cleaning. But overall we were very satisfied.

Memorial Day week holiday

appliances need work - both freezer, fridge and diswasher move all over the place. could use some new cushions on chair and loveseat on patio - so there are actually a "cushioning" affect. Some leaking under fridge, and in one of the bathrooms. One of the beds had no top sheet. A bit lacking in kitchen equipment. While I realize any glass that holds wine is a "wine glass", 2 traditional wine glasses for 9 adults is a bit lacking. No peeler, which we purchased (I believe we left it behind for future residents. And, ongoing issues with hot tub.

Great place to enjoy the cold winter days

We stayed the week after Christmas and really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Very spacious with room for all eight of our guests. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. This was a week to remember!

What an amazing condo! It so spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the whole condo, the balcony, the building and amenities (especially the lazy river) and perfect short walk to the beach. Thank you for a great time!

Great place but a number of repairs need to occur and security needs to respond quicker

The property overall is great. There are a few repairs that need to occur and there was an issue of an injury and it took several days for someone to finally respond with a plan or a concern with an incident report filled out and only after I had contacted VRBO who contacted the owners. I rented two units and the other unit was a dream and I could contact the owners myself
