Pick a week and come visit “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” . You will enjoy SPECTACULAR, unobstructed, ocean-front views of the "Gulf of America" from your Great Room and Balcony poised on the desirable West End of Panama City Beach.

Minimum age to rent 25 years old per Celadon Beach Resort regulation.

Any individual renting a unit within the condominium must be twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.

FAMILIES ONLY – No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 years of age and your parents are not with you, we cannot rent to you.

PARKING

Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.

NON-SMOKERS ONLY & NO PETS PER CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY POLICY

IF THE CLEANING CREW DETECTS ANY EVIDENCE OF PETS OR SMOKING WITHIN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY, YOU COULD BE CHARGED FOR SMOKE AND/OR DAMGE. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

NO LUGGAGE CARTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT. LOAD AND UNLOAD LUGGAGE CARTS OUTSIDE THE DOOR TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE UNIT. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (30) thirty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Beautiful, comfortable condo! Incredible views! Host was very responsive. Pools were great, it was nice having the second pool that was half indoor/outdoor and both pools heated for March when the weather can be a little cool at times. Our family loved it!
