Starting February 16th the elevator will be closed for a replacement and will take approximately 4-6 weeks Christmas decorations are now up and ready for your enjoyment Located just a block off the main Parkway, this condo is nestled along the bank of the Little Pigeon River and feels like it is away from it all.

Cedar Lodge Condo 304 is a beautiful, spacious condo right on the River. Amazing location, minutes from Dollywood and many attractions. Located directly behind Dolly's Stampede.

Swim in the pool, warm up in the hot tub, fish in the river without leaving the property.
The Pool & hot tub are seasonal.

We booked this condo last minute. We were pleasantly surprised about how nice the condo was since it was a last minute booking and limited in our choices. Enjoyed being able to see the DW fireworks from the balcony. We would stay here again!

We loved being within walking distances to the Stampede and to the trolley stop. Every morning and evening we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the water rushing over the rocks (Little Pigeon River). Beds are so comfortable and the furnishings were lovely. We do suggest having a guide to use of remotes and TVs. The condo was clean and quiet and the location was perfect

We like this unit and have stayed there before. if we come to Pigeon Forge again, we hope to have this unit again. only two things we found are toilet rocks in the back bathroom, and the door for the dish washer seems to be not right. It drops a little on the right side when opened.

The condo was really great, very clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook dinner and breakfast. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ducks and geese. Never needed to contact the owner. Beds were very comfortable, perfect stay for 4 adults. Would stay her again.

Wonderful stay!

This is the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely clean with all the necessities. Great care has been put into this unit and it shows! The beds are super comfortable and we loved the location of the unit. I cannot say enough good things and we are already planning our trip to come back in the fall! As much as we love a cabin, the river view of this unit won us over!

My family and I stayed here for the thanksgiving holiday. It is the perfect place to stay. Close to everything…. The condo was very clean . Check -in was so easy. Brecken is the perfect host. It was decorated for Christmas which was so nice. We will definitely book here again.

Exactly What We Needed

My 16yr old had a Nationals Dance Competition at the LeConte Center and I needed a CLEAN relatively close place to stay for a week. A friend and her 15yr old were going to share the space with us so we could divide the cost of our trip. I personally don’t need all the fancy upgrades but desire cleanliness above everything. This condo met all our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Everything is just so expensive and we HAD to budget what our lodging was going to cost. I felt like the price was incredibly fair and was the best price for what the condo offered. The LeConte Center is just 5 minutes down the road. It’s an easy drive just a few minutes away and the condo is literally minutes from anywhere you want to go. 5 ⭐️ Convenient location. 5⭐️ Competitive pricing. 5⭐️ CLEAN & Tastefully updated. The deck had a peaceful, beautiful view of the river and the kitchen window boasts a few elegant mountain tops. .. If we find ourselves having to book in Pigeon Forge again, we’d be thrilled to have this space for a second time. The price was an answer to prayer and the cleanliness was unbeatable. We’re so grateful to have found this condo.

Nice location and facility

Good stay at this location. Condo had a marijuana smoke odor upon entering the room. Odor went away later in the stay. Not sure if the odor was from adjacent room, prior guest, or cleaning crew. Comfortable condo overall. Could have maybe used a few more linens to keep from having to wash as frequently.

Our balcony overlooks the Little Pigeon River. The peacefulness of sitting on the balcony sipping a cup of coffee and destressing is amazing. The property offers a seasonal pool and jacuzzi that are just off the river. Cedar Lodge sits one block back of main street. Easy access to everywhere, but without the traffic of the main road.
We have refurbished the entire condo and consider it our home away from home.
