Amazing Place!

Went down to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday and we all had the best time! The house was gorgeous and very clean. We loved it so much that we canceled a couple of our dinners and stayed in. Will be back!

Family Vacation at Watercolor

The house was lovely and and was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch and pool area daily. It was very handy to have the golf cart and bicycles. Overall, we were very pleased with the house.

Summer beach trip

2 families enjoyed this home. Plenty of space for everyone, great layout, nice golf cart. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but was great to have! We would definitely stay here again. We had another group of friends across the street which made it very fun for all.

A wonderful stay

We highly recommend this home. Location is fantastic, home is beautifully decorated. Keep in mind the pool is not heated but frog pool is a block away! Gold cart was great! The only issue we had was trying to figure out the TVs! We will definitely stay here again! We loved it!

A gorgeous home and a perfect location

This house is amazing and looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures, which is not always the case. Yes, the pool is small, but it was invaluable having it for our kids and their cousins. We didn’t have to rush to the pool and they could even swim after dinner. Speaking of pools, the water color pools are amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed them. You have to get there early, though, to get Beach chairs if you’re going during peak season. The house comfortably fit two families, including one family with a baby. The golf cart was incredible and we took it nearly everywhere. Watercolor is just so nice and has playgrounds and so much for little kids to enjoy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this home!

2nd stay/great house

This was our second stay in this house! The amenities are great for our family! We loved the pool and watching movies while using the outdoor fireplace, and using the golf cart! Great property and great location!

October 2021 Stay

We have loved this location for the past two years. However, this trip we noticed some serious upkeep that needs to be done to this property. The pool deck is in serious need of pressure washing and the maintenance staff does not clean it in between guests. We found some trash left over from the previous tenants. Both porches need some upkeep and all new pillows and rugs. The currents ones have moldy spots on them. The master bath shower door does not fit in the slot with the rest of the door. It slams close every time and I feared it would shatter. Whomever changed the sheets did not make up the bunk bed rooms appropriately. The flat sheets were left off and I found them tucked up under a pillow. I also found a random towel on the banister when we first arrived. Also, from a security stand point we noticed that the front doors do not pins in them to keep them secure in their bolts. It makes it very easy to push both doors open even if the lock is in place.

150 Cove Hollow - Review

We've stayed in Watercolor about eight years in a row (usually Christmas / New Year timeframe) and we had mixed feelings on this property. Very nice house, but a few things to note, if you're planning to stay here. The house is spacious for the group we had (four adults / five kids), but the pool has no heater (guess this is on me - this mistake won't happen again). I searched out a house, so all of the kids could enjoy some "Florida December swimming" and paid good money - no heater (that kind of stunk). Expensive house, but no pool heater and I didn't see any mention of this when I booked. However, you do see a big advertisement of "Pool." The wifi was poor for us - others may have better luck, but we had bad reception the whole time. This house is full of technology, but they need to create a manual to explain how to work the living room TV's and outdoor TV's - if anyone can show up and get them all working in the first hour, i'll buy you a beer if you're ever in Bentonville, AR. There were a few times where we said, screw it - and my neighbor is a "techy" kind of guy. The golf cart was dead upon arrival, so the first night, it was out of commission. Overall, the house was "okay" - had a great time with friends, but I wouldn't pick this place again. Like i said, we've stayed in Watercolor several times and it's FANTASTIC. But, this property wasn't high on my list, but we've stayed at some pretty good places in the neighborhood.

We loved everything about this home! Our family of 5 felt right at home. The house is perfectly appointed and very clean. We really enjoyed the back deck and pool. It was the perfect spot after a long day at the beach. We can’t wait to return!
