We loved staying at this property. We saw so many manatees go by and enjoyed all of the kayaks and hot tub.

This house is just as pictured! We had a great time with our adult kids and their family. We saw several manatees and even a pod of dolphins in the canal outside the house, which thrilled my granddaughter. The host(s) was very responsive when we had a question. 5 out of 5 stars - highly recommend!

We live about an hour away but booked a week here to get out on the river with family. It was perfection! Location was great for daily river outings and we LOVED the downstairs area and would spend most of the day there. That was also our toddler's favorite spot. Daily paddles and swims followed by the hot tub, and then Blackstone for dinner- a combo we all really enjoyed. Hosts were responsive and great!

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to come back!Any communication with the owners is top-notch and this place lacks NOTHING!Everything you could imagine you may need, it's here!The location of the home is perfect! You are within walking distance to the Upper Deck if you want to sit and enjoy the view along with the kayakers, boaters AND manatee while enjoying a meal, a snack or a drink!One of our favorite things to do is sit on the homes deck and watch the boaters by go... It's great entertainment and we have seen so many manatee from this exact spot!I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!We will be back again!!!

First impression my family and I were very happy with the home and property. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The amenities and accommodations made the stay easy and very enjoyable. We appreciate all the extra, trash bags, detergent pods, qtips, toilet paper etc. it made the stay stressful and very enjoyable. 10 of out 10 stay. Will definitely be back!

Perfectly situated right at the end of the River - super easy to launch kayaks and SUP’s. House set up was carefully designed and lots of extras provided such as paper products and some cleaning supplies. Neighborhood very walkable and easy for pet parents . Hosts are very attentive and helpful. This was our second stay. Highly recommend!

I cannot express how beautifully decorated this home was and how there was EVERYTHING you'd ever need in the kitchen and bathrooms! Amazing home, fabulous location, and even the neighbors were amazing people! Would definitely stay there again!

The house was in great condition when we arrived and check-in was super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great - we enjoyed being on the water and it was a quick drive to the store and local restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

It is no wonder the word "perfect" comes up in so many reviews! In my family and friends long history of renting through VRBO, no owners have done such an exemplary job of working to anticipate every need (or desire) of vacation renters! The house was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and an excellent location. The hot tub was very clean and nice after spending the day on the river in kayaks. Everything was as advertised and meet our expectations. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely book again.

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully stocked your home was. We were in panic mode when we realized we forgot our dog’s leash, but there was one in the home and this relieved our stress. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and the extra propane tank was greatly appreciated as well. We had everything we needed for our family vacation! The manatees put on a daily show for us to observe, and so did the birds and people floating down the river - we had the best seat in the house! We had ample parking spaces because family traveled from different locations. Neighbors Randy and Karen were so sweet and they really do look out for your beautiful home! Can’t wait to come visit again!

This home set the bar for rentals for us. It is in the perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was very clean and provided way more than we expected from a rental. The owners even came out on a Sunday to provide us with an extra kayak to make our river experience safe and comfortable. We had several close encounters with manatees, dolphins, a river otter, and lots of other wildlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

We had the best time here. Kayaking with the manatees and we seen dolphins swim right up next to the house. The house was great very nice and clean.

The property looks exactly like the pictures, the location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the water, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, outdoor area was wonderful, saw several Manatee's. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was one of the cleanest and well stocked houses we have ever stayed in. We stay a lot with travel for work and vacation and this stands out as the best. It was a beautiful relaxing house and absolutely what advertised. Will stay again.
