Absolutely beautiful and immaculate property. Great location right on the main river. Only slight downside of the location is because of how close it is to Rodger’s Park, if you get a group of loud people playing loud music there you will hear it if you go out on the porch. But not a big deal. The property is lovely and relaxing. Screened in porch was wonderful for grilling in the evening and it’s easily one of the nicest properties on the river. Would 100 percent come back.

What a beautiful house and in a great location. We saw it all. Manatees, fish, an owl . The house had everything we needed and more. Having rented vrbos for many years, this one was top tier. The hosts were amazing. We will be back. Thanks so much for a great recharge.

This house is just as pictured! We had a great time with our adult kids and their family. We saw several manatees and even a pod of dolphins in the canal outside the house, which thrilled my granddaughter. The host(s) was very responsive when we had a question. 5 out of 5 stars - highly recommend!

We live about an hour away but booked a week here to get out on the river with family. It was perfection! Location was great for daily river outings and we LOVED the downstairs area and would spend most of the day there. That was also our toddler's favorite spot. Daily paddles and swims followed by the hot tub, and then Blackstone for dinner- a combo we all really enjoyed. Hosts were responsive and great!

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to come back!Any communication with the owners is top-notch and this place lacks NOTHING!Everything you could imagine you may need, it's here! The location of the home is perfect! You are within walking distance to the Upper Deck if you want to sit and enjoy the view along with the kayakers, boaters AND manatee while enjoying a meal, a snack or a drink! One of our favorite things to do is sit on the homes deck and watch the boaters by go... It's great entertainment and we have seen so many manatee from this exact spot!I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!We will be back again!!!

Perfectly situated right at the end of the River - super easy to launch kayaks and SUP’s. House set up was carefully designed and lots of extras provided such as paper products and some cleaning supplies. Neighborhood very walkable and easy for pet parents . It is no wonder the word "perfect" comes up in so many reviews! In my family and friends long history of renting through VRBO, no owners have done such an exemplary job of working to anticipate every need (or desire) of vacation renters! We are so grateful to be able to experience this special home and it's idyllic setting. We'll be back!

This home set the bar for rentals for us. It is in the perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was very clean and provided way more than we expected from a rental. The owners even came out on a Sunday to provide us with an extra kayak to make our river experience safe and comfortable. We had several close encounters with manatees, dolphins, a river otter, and lots of other wildlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully stocked your home was. We were in panic mode when we realized we forgot our dog’s leash, but there was one in the home and this relieved our stress. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and the extra propane tank was greatly appreciated as well. We had everything we needed for our family vacation! The manatees put on a daily show for us to observe, and so did the birds and people floating down the river - we had the best seat in the house! We had ample parking spaces because family traveled from different locations. Neighbors Randy and Karen were so sweet and they really do look out for your beautiful home! Can’t wait to come visit again!
