Two bedroom condo in Ocean Edge with central air

OCEAN EDGE CONDO UNIT!!! Billington Village B style townhouse with straight staircase leading to master bedroom loft with queen bed and extra full size bed. Updated glass enclosed shower in upstairs bath. Downstairs bedroom has bunk beds and full size bed. Dining room seats 6. Flat screen TV above fireplace central air conditioning. Kitchen has new Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy the sliders out to a furnished patio which overlooks 18th hole tee box. Gas grill, washer, dryer, wifi. Two miles to beautiful Cape Cod Bay Beaches and Nickerson State Park, along with nearby access to bike trail, National Seashore, and Nantucket Sound Beaches.

While there, check out some delicious restaurants, including the Island Blue Crab, the Brewster Fish House, Stone l'Oven, Brewster Pizza House and Sports bar, and the Kitchen Cafe. Make sure to stop by the Brewster Store for a step back in time.

Special note: NO Pool passes or sports packages will be available for purchase for this rental. Also, no outside shower.

Ocean Edge - Brewster

A nice property, well depicted, a little musty smelling and we were without WiFi and TV for three days. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again. Location, location, location.

The home was super clean, nicely decorated and close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer/dryer. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for families with children, a girls weekend or two couples. Great stay overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental is wonderful -- close to bay beaches and only 20 minutes to Naussett beach. It was also really convenient to be around the corner from Stone Lovin' Pizza and salads. The rental is comfortable because of the AC splits in each room -- it really kept the humidity out for good sleeping. The surroundings are peaceful, and even though you see golfers Tee right in the back of the home, it is transient and still quiet. The bathrooms are also clean and the shower has great pressure and hot water. We didn't cook much, but the TV and sound system was also well functioning.Really, a very comfortable stay for 2 adults. Thanks!

Could have been perfect except……..

The pictures online were true representations of the property. I loved the location, have been staying there for many years. One big reason why I won’t go back to this condo is because of the overwhelming musty smell concentrated in the downstairs bedroom. There must be wetness and mold somewhere in that room. Anyone with any breathing issues could not stay there. So disappointing.

We frequently have overflow when our children and grandchildren come the same week. Our son brought his family all the way from Austria. They were ready to camp out on the floor in sleeping bags. Imagine their surprise when they realized they had beds to sleep in! They are on their way to see America well rested and happy to have experienced the Cape as their father did all those years ago! Check in

My only complaint is that I had to go to Lower County Rd in Dennis to pick up the key. Initially they wanted me to come back at 2 pm to get the key which would have been very inconvenient but after discussing it they gave me the key. We were then able to continue our trip and have lunch in the area of Brewster before checking in at 2 pm.
