Great Couples Summer Getaway

Cape Cod Getaway is conveniently located near the beautiful Brewster Bay Beaches, the Cape Cod rail trail for biking, and a short ride to the world-famous Nauset Beach. The Getaway is a rustic post and beam studio with its own private entrance and cozy deck, nestled in the trees with views of beautiful Cape Cod hydrangeas. An outdoor shower with a private enclosure completes the experience of enjoying a week on the cape with your toes in the sand, and miles of beach with gorgeous sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. We have recently updated the studio with new decor including A/C, High-Speed Wifi/Internet, and a Smart TV. Please read our reviews from previous guests about Cape Cod Getaway. We love sharing our slice of paradise! Just a reminder that this unit is non-smoking/ no pets.

Lovely Brewster Apartment

Our 1 week stay

Tom and Marcia are incredibly friendly with great advice on restaurants, local beaches and live entertainment. The spacious studio was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cape escape

This location had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The host Tom was quick to respond if needed. Loved how nice the place was decorated. Helpful brochures with suggestions of places to go and things to do.

Cozy studio

My husband & I found the garage apartment comfortable and well appointed. Loved the outdoor shower! Felt like “glamping” to me with the wooded setting and smell of knotted pine walls & open cathedral ceiling. Great location too.

Th perfect getaway

This beautiful little spot in Brewster is a must. Tom and Marcia were so welcoming and kind and recommended wonderful places along the Cape, their hospitality was a real addition to our experience! Thanks guys, we would return in a heartbeat!

Great place & AWESOME hosts!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and outdoor shower was great. Tom and Marcia are great hosts and a lot of fun. Personal bike tour of beaches and local haunts was a bonus! Marcia is an excellent photographer - ask about her pictures to memorialize your stay - we did and got 4 great pictures to take home.

Fantastic spot for couple

The property has everything you need for a fantastic experience on the Cape. From beach equipment to reading materials. From great suggestions by the owner to a comfy space to come home to at the end of a busy day. We’ve now stayed here twice and would highly recommend it!

Cape Cod Tree House

What a great experience staying at Host Tom and Marcia’s studio tree house. They supplied all that was needed for a clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming stay. short getaway

nice location.quiet neighborhood. Sweet spot amongst the treetops. Rough wood cabinlike inside, but with flat screen TV and A/C! Very comfortable. Stairs to upper level could be issue for some folks.

Treehouse Getaway

The trees outside the window make you feel like you are sleeping in a treehouse. The flat, soft grass out back is a perfect spot for yoga. The only sounds you hear are the birds and whispering wind. Tom and Marcia are gracious hosts with a vast knowledge of Cape Cod that they are willing to share!

Cozy Pine-Studio Getaway

What a wonderful stay at this cozy above-the-garage studio. It felt as though we were in a large tree house. Everything we could possibly need for a weekend getaway... a clean and comfortable space (smelled of fresh pine), a hot outdoor shower, a kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen essentials, and a private entryway. All within a very close distance to Brewster bay beaches. Tom was kind, easy and helpful. Thank you, Tom, for sharing your lovely space with us! We can't wait to come back :)

One of a Kind!

I loved this natural cabin-in the-woods style unit. It is clean and feels new with a lovely fresh pine scent. I think most people will fall in love with it. Beautiful location. Off the beaten path but with quick access to Brewster and OrleansIt sits atop a clean, handsome second structure on the property. that can serve as a garage, but do not be thrown by the garage doors, It is totally quiet, there was no other activity; we had the entire structure to ourselves. it is a lovely place, ensconced among many trees - a great find. Tom and Marcia made sure we comfortably settled and gave us their number for any questions. This is a goodie!

Tranquil space.

The property situated over a garage is quiet and peaceful. The windows look directly into a tree lined canopy. The space is larger than I imagined and provided a wonderful home base to travel to all areas of the Cape. The hosts were great. We’ll be back!!

Cape Loft

Large studio space above 2 car garage. One flight of stairs. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need, including beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, canvas bags, etc. No indoor shower, but standard cape outdoor shower. Good internet and TV.

Wonderful Relaxing and Well appointed getaway

Sweet Retreat in Brewster

Tom and Marcia's property is so, so quiet and restful. We kept the windows opened (it was a cool week) and went to sleep with the crickets chirping. The decor is lovely, the bed comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor shower at the end of a day of fun on the Cape. The location is also perfect - near 6A but tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Hi, I'm Tom, a surfer, biker, and ski instructor. And I'm Marcia, a professional photographer, yogi, and love the beach. We summer on the Cape and winter in Vail, Colorado.

Our studio is affordable and perfect for a solo traveler or a romantic couple's getaway. We are close to the Brewster Bay Beaches and a short drive to the popular Nauset and Coast Guard Beaches on the ocean side. We are centrally located with easy access to beaches, the rail trail, fishing, golf courses, fine restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.

We are privately run and live on this property in the main house. We are very familiar with the area and can answer most of your questions about the best and most popular places to visit during your stay. The studio is above a stand-alone garage so there is plenty of privacy from the main house to the studio with a separate entrance. We respect our guest's privacy and only communicate as needed or requested by the guest via text or calls. This unit is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS.
