Three bedroom Duplex less than 500 feet to Fiddler's Green shared private beach. Peaks of the ocean from the front deck. Rent the complete home as a whole to sleep 12 or just one side to sleep 6. Each side offers three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Please note, there is no interior connecting door between sides. Spend the day at the beach and then the night grilling on the deck listening to the sounds of the waves! Amenities include split unit a/c in the open living area, WiFi, washer and dryer, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check out other beaches along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1 mile) and South Village Beach (.4 mile) are located right around the corner.

Great Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage was very clean and good set up with 3 bedrooms. Located 3 cottages from private beach which made it easy for my family to come and go as they please. West Dennis is a great location with walking distance to many restaurants as well. Very close to the CCRT as well as many other attractions.

For example: The outdoor shower and furniture. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a home away from home.
