Known locally for its unique blue exterior, this home was optimized with guest comfort in mind. Three primary bedrooms have King size beds, the smaller downstairs bedroom features a cozy full size bed and the game room offers two twins, giving the house a total occupancy of 10! Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and luxury soaking tub for 1. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a spacious bath with its own walk-in shower!

The full sized kitchen features a large stainless steel fridge, a full sized stove, and a custom farmhouse sink! There is enough seating for the whole family, with a breakfast bar, kitchen island, and a full size dining table. The open concept living area has vaulted ceilings with custom skylights and designer chandelier, and the fireplace adds a warm, homey touch to the entire space.

In addition, the outdoor space is an entertainer's dream. The full size pool is coupled with a luxurious built-in hot tub, perfect for relaxing. There is a full size dining table in the attached screen porch, while the fully-fenced backyard space also features a ping-pong table, BBQ grill, pool loungers, and another outdoor dining area!

Girlfriends Thanksgiving

The home was perfect for our 22nd annual girlfriends thanksgiving. Plenty of space and the location was walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The hot tub/pool was perfect!

Girls weekend

This place is amazing! We did a girls weekend and it was perfect for seven of us. I would recommend this to anyone! I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Home

If mattress is replaced in downstairs master bedroom then I might change my review rating. Worst sleeping experience ever. Mattress is way too soft and broken down on right side of bed. Pool needs work (not clean) and outdoor furniture cushions ripped and shabby. For the home to be so spacious and remodeled beautifully the mattresses should be better and a little attention to detail. Toilet paper was so cheap and thin as well as paper towels and zero Kleenex in home. No keurig coffee maker. We paid for an extra night but left early because both my husband and my back were killing us.

Company Retreat

The house was beautiful and accomodated us perfectly. We were holding meetings that required technology and the TV remotes were not available nor were instructions for how to operate - this was a problem. Hot tub did not heat and the 24 hr assistance was not available. Huge disappointment we couldn't use the hot tub. Sugar ants were in the kitchen so we had to watch our food storage. Great house but not great cusotmer service.

Most relaxing

We went to Fredericksburg to do absolutely nothing. We needed a stress less week and got it at Wasser Haus. This house was so beautiful and relaxing. It had everything we needed. Just a couple of blocks from main. Would stay at this house over and over again. C Phillips

Great Staycation spot

The house was larger than expected and the location was perfect. The kids loved hoping in the pool after a hot day of walking around on Main St. Very relaxing.

Beautiful!!

We had my daughter's bachelorette party weekend here and it was perfect. Centrally located next to main street so you can walk to get coffee, shopping at boutiques, etc. Beautiful and clean house. It was perfect for the occasion. Will go back if we ever stay in Fredericksburg again!!

Wasser House

We enjoyed the big roomy house and all the fun it had to offer. Only thing we were disappointed with was the hot tub would not work. Would stay again for sure!

Girls Trip

Wasser Haus was absolutely perfect for our stay in Fredericksburg! From comfort to entertainment, every need was met! Coffee by the pool to start our day and super cozy beds to rest make this spot BEST for a stay close to Main Street. We could walk to most destinations we chose!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend.

Charming Home Away From Home again

Had a wonderful TG weekend with our family from Colorado. Charming home with well equipped kitchen for cooking. We used every inch of space and enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table as well. Short walk to town and good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Fredericksburg Experience

We loved the open floor plan and luxurious furnishings. Comfortable seating by the pool with a waterfall was especially nice in the evenings and November weather was still accommodating. One of the group wants to make reservations for his family at a later date. We all found it a wonderful experience !

Family vacation

The house was very nice and located in town, where we wanted to be. There was enough space for all of us. We really enjoyed the pool! There were some small issues that were a bit bothersome. The garbage pail in the kitchen had a broken foot pedal, The upstairs shower tile needs to be repaired, some are loose and mold is showing, The silverware draw has only 8 dinner forks and no dessert forks, the front porch was very dirty, the cabinets in the kitchen have trouble staying closed and the cabinet that had a various assortment of spices needed a good cleaning. There were other small things that I don't feel are attended to. On a whole, we enjoyed our stay but thought these things should be looked into.

Lovely home!

Wasser Haus has an excellent floor plan. It's clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Beautiful pool and spa in the backyard, close to everything, and plenty of room. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Family vacation

House was selected for its private pool and hot tub, location, and appropriate bed/bath combos. House is listed as 3 1/2 baths but upon checking in, 2 baths were not operable and there was NO communication about this to us prior. After texting and inquiring, I was made aware that there was miscommunication between the plumber/manager. I was told that the part would be in Monday to repair the full bath that was not working and that the half bath was operational just marked as “do not use”. After trying to use the 1/2 bath, it was discovered the water was shut off to this toilet leaving 3 families to share the 2 functioning baths. The manager told me someone would be able to fix It Monday and I asked that they call prior to showing up. No one called, no toilet repair. I texted her Monday asking if I had permission to turn on water to 1/2 bath and she said I did. We now had a family using the toilet in the hallway and then showering in their private bath. This is not what I was paying for and when 5 days go by without repair it is unacceptable to me. There also was not enough forks/spoons for us all to use. We picked up plastic cutlery at Walmart to eat with. House was beautiful and located perfectly but a few oversights were frustrating and we should have been notified of 50% of the toilets not working.
