Looking for a relaxing vacation in Destin with breathtaking views and no streets to cross, then welcome to Shoreline Towers. This completely renovated Gulf Front unit is located in Tower 2 on the 5th floor and is situated directly on the beach. Professionally decorated, this 1,430 square foot condo features an open floor plan with all the comforts of home.
Free beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) are included free of charge in the rental from March 1st - October 31st.
Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24 hour security and 500 feet of private gulf front sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the barbeque grills and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Take the elevator right outside your front door to the whitest beaches and the bluest of waters. Destin has one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water. Enjoy the beautiful beach because time does not move hour to hour but moment to moment.
Though we love pets, they are not allowed on the property. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

We were so impressed with our stay at Shoreline Towers. The condo was exceptional. The views were amazing and having the beach chairs and umbrella set up included was a huge bonus. My wife and I came to Destin to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We were so impressed, we will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary on Destin on 2027!!

The unit was very nice and the beds were comfortable , the closed in deck was nice as it was very hot when we were there , the weather was not the greatest every day due to storms but we had a great time anyway there is plenty of things to do in destin . We love shoreline towers due to their central location on highway 98 , its a short drive to anywhere from there . Would definitely recommend this unit . The owner was very helpful to let us know of sheduled repairs and to help with any small issues we had .

Condo was well outfitted with everything you would need for an extended stay. The property was well maintained, clean and safe. Beach chair set up was very nice. The pool was clean and heated. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and access to great dining within minutes.

The condo was beautiful! The host was very responsive. The security to get in and out of the condo was terrible. I am sure something has occurred in the past but it was never automatic, hardly ever a physical person present and we waited for the virtual security guard to allow us in for what seemed like 10 minutes each time. The beach set up was not a great experience. They acted like we were bothering them the first day we went down and told us we had to come back in two hours.

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the condo and our communication. I am very sorry that the security wait times and the beach service staff caused you frustration. I have shared your feedback with our Homeowners Association. I asked them to review the virtual security guard service. They expect a response time of 90 seconds or less, so a 10-minute wait is not acceptable. For your future visits, you only need to register your license plate once. The gate system will then read your plate and open automatically as you drive up. I am also sorry about how the beach setup crew treated you on your first day. That is not the friendly service we normally get and expect. I am speaking directly with the beach service manager to address this matter.

The perfect beachfront condo for our family spring break getaway! Well stocked with everything the kids needed for fun on the beach and great location for easy groceries and restaurants.We had a minor plumbing issue and the owners addressed is very promptly with great communication.

Beautiful condo… Very well furnished, and had everything we need. So wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean waves in the evening. Quick walk to the beach and close to all Destin has to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and would absolutely come back again! The location was perfect, and the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described and made for such a relaxing trip. One of the best perks was the included beach chair and umbrella setup—it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable without any extra hassle. The only small note is that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit firmer than preferred, but that’s really just personal preference. Everything else about the condo was perfect! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and beautiful beach getaway.

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches, and this unit is right on the beach. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
