Looking for a relaxing vacation in Destin with breathtaking views and no streets to cross, then welcome to Shoreline Towers. This completely renovated Gulf Front unit is located in Tower 2 on the 5th floor and is situated directly on the beach. Professionally decorated, this 1,430 square foot condo features an open floor plan with all the comforts of home.
Free beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) are included free of charge in the rental from March 1st - October 31st.
Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24 hour security and 500 feet of private gulf front sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the barbeque grills and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Take the elevator right outside your front door to the whitest beaches and the bluest of waters. Destin has one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water. Enjoy the beautiful beach because time does not move hour to hour but moment to moment.
Though we love pets, they are not allowed on the property. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Our family of 4 loved this condo and the location. The condo was clean and had amazing views. Located right on the beach we had everything we needed right there. The host was wonderful and very responsive! to stay here again on our next trip yo Destin!

Good Stay

Great location and views from the condo! We enjoyed the included beach set up-this was a huge plus for us! The host was responsive and communication was easy. Overall, we have no complaints regarding our stay! My one, small suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the primary bedroom!

Vacation

We enjoyed the property very much. Would recommend that the owner get new mattresses. They were way too firm and were very uncomfortable. Also the chair at the dining table should be replaced as they were not very sturdy. And an over all cleaning should be done.

Great place

Stayed for 6 nights and the condo and location within Destin were both great. Close to everything. Beach was great and having chair and umbrella service was perfect..Highly recommend.

Great location for our girl trip!

This was a great location with an awesome view! We had a party of 5 ladies and felt very safe in the area. Lots of businesses you can walk to or short drive to outlets and excursions. Try the guided dolphin tour on jet skis at Boogies! So fun!

Destin’s girl trip

My daughter, her best friend and two of my best friends all came together for a beach trip. This VRBO was spectacular. The host was incredibly helpful and sincere. The listing is exactly as stated and honestly I think even more beautiful than the pics. The beds were very cozy, as well as the couch. This listing was the perfect place and exceeded our expectations. I absolutely plan to return in the future. 100 percent this place is a true gem

Our new favorite beach spot!

This condo was PERFECT for the needs of our little family. We had all the space we needed to comfortably relax during our beach vacation, enjoyed the ease of the included beach chair service, and accessibility of restaurants and attractions nearby. We will absolutely be back!

Annual Beach Trip

This rental appeared very nice online and I was excited to book a stay. Unfortunately, the owner did not make sure the condo was ready or clean prior to arrival, which made the initial impression frustrating and negative. This was remedied eventually via a call in a partial manner, as we had other guests arriving and needed immediate clean bed and bath linens. The property and surrounding grounds have the potential to become very nice, yet ongoing construction/painting and chemical smells were disturbing. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc was provided, nor any mention made in the listing that renters needed to provide their own, which is odd for VRBO rentals. Floors, refrigerator, and counter tops in all common areas needed cleaning as well; the owner quickly reimbursed the cleaning deposit. After stripping the beds per departure instructions, we noticed stained mattress and pillow covers that had obviously not been attended to in the past by the cleaning staff. This is a cute place and I would consider staying again if upgrades and attention to cleanliness were a priority. We had a good stay, due to the close proximity to the beach.

Family Spring Break

The property was amazing with a great view of the ocean. Most days we were able to see dolphins from the balcony, while having our morning coffee. The owner was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any of our questions. We were lucky and had great weather and were able to enjoy the beach everyday of our trip. The kids enjoyed mini golf and go carts at the track and the harbor boardwalk. McGuire’s was a big hit with everyone for dinner as well as LuLus and the Back Porch. Looking forward to being able to stay again next year!

Construction

Construction was overwhelming. The noise and dust and workers everywhere was not an atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The grinding noise was even unbearable on the beach and started at 7am in the morning. Workers cooing my daughters was not professional as well. Very uncomfortable for them so we had to accompany them every trip through the worker area. As an owner, I would rather not rent during this time to avoid a bad experience like we had. It rained 2 days, and the noise was so bad we had to leave for the day and go elsewhere to relax.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Destin! The property location was perfect to the water, entertainment and shops. The views of the water was magnificent. The complex was still under construction, however the owners did a wonderful job keeping us up to date. The property itself was so clean and beautiful. It was a perfect size for a family of 6.

A perfect beachfront location!

We had a most terrific time in Destin, a city that has all you need nearby. The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our 2-week stay. The location was fantastic, being steps from the ocean and it’s wonderful sandy beach and steps from the beautiful pool and amenities, our days focused on both. We’d highly recommend this location.

Great location

As advertised! Great location and view…even with the construction noise. We have been VRBOing for 17 years and this was the roomiest condo with the most comfortable beds and family room furniture and patio furniture (for 4) we have ever had. The best part was getting to experience the beach…gorgeous water and white powdery sand. We saw (and heard) both the calm water days and the wild ones with huge waves. We never needed the air conditioning. Pool area nice. Great condo location with Target and Winn Dixie very close. Appreciated nice towels, soap, and a few extras that show exceptional customer service, such as laundry pods and toilet paper. Appreciated knowing ahead of time about the construction with the option to cancel. But sure glad we didn’t!

Lovely condo and quite spacious. Master bedroom and bath amazing.

Really enjoyed staying in this condo. Close trip to the beach and beautiful view. Not too impressed with the pool area but wonderful access to the beach. The lighting in the lamps was not bright enough so changed out some of the bulbs for brighter lighting. Well equipped and spacious kitchen.

Fantastic condo

We loved the condo. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. It is beautiful. We had family staying nearby and we got together cooked fish and hung out and everyone was comfortable and everyone talked about how beautiful it was. It will not disappoint you. We will definitely be renting again.

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches, and this unit is right on the beach. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
