This family-friendly home is located in a gated community and offers easy water access to the main part of the lake. This home is in a prime location mid-lake in a large cove, and it is situated behind a no wake buoy. It's in the perfect spot for floating and swimming without having to worry about high-speed boat traffic. There are also spectacular views out the cove to the main lake. Enjoy use of the home's kayaks, play a board game as a family, or gather in the game room. The family dog is welcome to join the family in this home.This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna.

We loved the house and we definitely want to stay again. Was a little weird to not have tvs in the bedrooms and couldnt figure out the fireplace. Everything else was wonderful.

The dishwasher detergent compartment never opened during the wash cycle. The coffee pot was inconsistent in how many cups it actually made. There are no cleats for docking a boat, but you can dock on the far side and tie up to the posts. Brand new kayaks were awesome. Caught a couple fish off the dock. Nice, deep water for parking a boat. Front storm door could use some WD-40. No ice maker. Vizio TV only allows Amazon Prime Video or Netflix streaming (not able to download Hulu, Disney, Apple, etc onto TV).

Family Lake Time

We enjoyed our stay at No Wake Zone. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious, the dock area was well maintained and even provided kayaks and a floating water pad for our enjoyment. We have stayed here a few times and the recent upgrades (new fire pit, deck/dock chairs, cover on couch to name a few) were appreciated. We made use of the fire pit, horseshoe pit and the large back yard for s'mores and games and the long front driveway for dog walks.

One year later, ice maker still busted

Buy your own bags of ice for your stay. Mr. Coffee maker is quirky, does not brew more than 4 cups before shutting off. This is a lovely house.

Great Lake home for family (incl fur babies)

We had 2 families and fur babies (8+2) and it was everything advertised. Plenty of space inside including comfortable bedrooms if you wanted privacy. With two living areas it allowed for whole family to be together at times while also allowing kids to be in lower level and adults upstairs. Great flat backyard where we set up our volleyball net and enjoyed playing each day. We brought our boat and thoroughly enjoyed all the lake had to offer. Additionally, the water by the shore is shallow and our dogs enjoyed entering and playing in the lake at will. I would definitely recommend.

Broken ice maker

A lovely home, but when it is hot and you have iced drinks, we notified the management and there were no repairs made during our stay. It is a lovely refrigerator, but it needs a working ice maker.

Annual Family Lake Vacation

We found the house to be very clean and “somewhat” well equipped. There was no can opener which presented a problem and no glass casseroles so we were unable to cook anything in the microwave. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. We called about that to no avail. The basement shower head broke completely off the first day we tried to use it and someone did come to look at it after we called; said he needed a part to fix it and never returned. We did notice in The reviews that someone that rented in June had the same problem so it’s obviously been broken since then. The house was comfortable for our large family. The only bed that was truly uncomfortable was the queen in the back bedroom. Dock was great. We did call ahead and ask how many refrigerators there were because we try to bring as much food as we can initially. We were told by “your team” that there was only one so we packed accordingly only to find upon arrival that there were 3! I don’t think your team actually knows your properties very well. We were told to use the community boat ramp and given the code to use it by your team only to find out when we got there that we also needed a card to access it. Again….you don’t know your properties. Our family had fun in spite of the problems. Would we rent again? No

Dissatisfied

The grads was overgrown wasnt cut until 5 day being there. Didnt have access to boat lift or boat ramp for that matter. Shower head broke. Breaker blew was out of power for a day vacassa kept telling me to look for the breaker box which was in a locked room. Dryer wasnt working had to have someone fix it for me...it was so clogged with lint. They sent someone out a day later after it was fixed. So many things wrong we left early. Wont book again.

Excellent lakefront home

The home was very clean, bathrooms are modern, beds were comfortable and location is superb - 9 min to Lake Anna Winery. Loved having coffee or wine on the deck by the water.

Great experience. Easy check in & out. House was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Adding a new fire pit and the house would be perfect.

house for family at lake that is handicap accessible

Large house suitable for family with view of the lake. We appreciated the large great room/kitchen with dining table suitable for 8 people. We needed a home that was handicap accessible and this home fit that well; the handicap ramp into the house and no step door entry provided easy access. In addition, one upstairs bedroom had a walk in shower that was usable for those who are handicapped with use of a shower chair.

So much fun!

The location of this house was amazing, right in the water with so much room to run around before you get to the water. The doc was amazing and had such a beautiful view. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and so relaxing. The house was great and equipped with everything we may have needed. The rooms were spacious and again had a great view of the lake. Internet connection was great, especially since our 2 year old loves watching her favorite show on there and it made it easier for her monitor to connect to WiFi. The only downside were the bathtubs. They were all clogged and every time you went to go shower we would just be sitting in a puddle.

Beautiful home and property!

Its a beautiful home and property. We loved our stay and it was only for a weekend but we had so much fun. Wonderful location, kids were in the water a lot. We did kayaking as well. Just perfect. The interiors are very tasteful and they have a white and blue theme going. Hardwood all throughout so we didnt have any allergy problems. More than enough towels linens and supplies. Well stocked kitchen.

Spring break 2022

We took the family (including our English bulldog) to the house for spring break for five days and then had friends for two days. The house checks off a lot of boxes, which allows us to relax, have fun, fish, sit in the sun and do pretty much anything that you want to do as a family. The space was great, clean and well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals whether they were casual or sit down dinners. The outdoor space was great because it provided shade or a sunroof. The only minor suggestions would be a few minor upgrades to minor things like outdoor chairs, and shower heads. Overall would definitely recommend this to anybody especially if they have a dog like we do. We’re not sure who enjoyed it more our dog or us, but it was close.

Great House

The location is great and the house was pretty awesome. One thing that was annoying is that the downstairs was much colder than the upstairs. Essentially, it feels that the downstairs would be harder to heat if it was cold outside. Other than that, this is a great house to stay in.
