An expansive paver patio stretches the length of the back of the house along the canal with areas for sitting and eating. The dock can secure a boat and nearby marinas rent boats for visitors. There is also a garage for guests.
The house has four porches, one overlooking the lush back area and canal; the front porch overlooking the front garden; the side porch faces the pool and houses a dining table and chairs, and the upstairs porch extends from the master bedroom overlooking the pool from the second story. This upstairs porch has a hammock, and seating area. .
