Escape to the quiet charm of the countryside this fall in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick home set on 93 serene acres of rolling farmland. Perfect for families or small groups, this home offers the comfort of country living with plenty of room to relax.

As the season changes, the farm comes alive with autumn beauty—golden leaves, cozy gatherings, and the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories together. The house is holiday-ready, with decor for Fall and Christmas.

This cozy farmhouse features two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. With two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, and the dining table seats up to six for shared meals and conversations. An inviting living room offers a warm, welcoming spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful Tennessee countryside—sip your coffee on the front porch while watching cows graze, or gather around a backyard fire in the evening as horses wander nearby.

The house comes stocked with games, camping chairs, and fishing rods—perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. Home Again. Finally.

Absolutely beautiful property. So nice spending one day just sitting with the horses. The location is prime for trips to the mountains or the city (Chattanooga). Last night we had a problem with the heat, but the owner was on it and even offered a refund on the last night. I WILL be a repeat customer.

Wedding weekend

We needed to be close to the wedding venue, which was 8 minutes from this house, but still only about 20 minutes to find lots of places to eat. Nice home, absolutely beautiful views outside.

Family trip

One word....perfection!!!! The pictures are exactly what your getting. The house was super clean, the beds were very comfortable. Host Blair was very accommodating and checked in by phone to make sure we didn't need anything. We were looking forward to checking out the walking trail, and fishing pond but ran out time. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Accommodating even for our dogs

Brought both our dogs with crates for a wedding nearby and felt the house was spacious and very accommodating.

Double booked

We had a confirmed booking through VRBO for this property. After a 11 hour drive, we expected to check in and explore the area. Instead, we were notified by the property manager that the property was double booked and not available. While the property manager apologized and attempted to find an alternate place to stay, she was unable to explain how this could happen in the first place. Although I was given a refund, it did nothing to help find alternate lodging and defuse the aggravation of having to piece together alternate lodging for our stay. VRBO should review their policies regarding booking confirmations as well as sanction property owners who allow their property to be double booked.

Just Beautiful

Property is exactly as pictured inside and out. We are from Florida and stayed here for my daughters softball tournament instead of a musty hotel, and so glad we did! Beds are comfortable, house has everything that you would need from home, including extra linens, and all kitchen essentials. Washer and dryer work well. It was actually my daughters 17th birthday during our stay, and she absolutely LOVED seeing the horses! The scenery outside is breathtaking. It is about 20 mins away from stores, but the drive is worth it, to be out in the country setting. Property manager sent very through instructions and even gave information about local attractions and trails. We will definitely be planning another trip up there and staying in this cute farmhouse.

So beautiful!!!

We came up for the week for a family wedding and a few days to get away from the busyness of life. What we found was a beautiful home tastefully decorated in the country. Quiet and peaceful and views that look like a painting. Beautiful property. Will be back!

Wedding weekend in Chattanooga

Lovely home in a rural setting! Chickens roaming the property and across the street, a cow pasture. Easy drive to downtown Chattanooga.

Nice country home but not as pictured or described, very misleading

The house is nice, clean and stocked appropriately. However, the images and description of the property are very misleading. Pictures of the pond posted are not the pond that you can use. The pond that you can use is a good walk from the house and almost similar to a big ditch filled with water, not stocked with fish. Also, the house sits no more than a hundred feet from a VERY BUSY road with speeding cars. Something to consider if you have small children like we did.

Great house

I have never used an vrbo so I was little skeptical. We LOVED it! There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had what we needed. The beds were comfortable. And the decor was very homey and upbeat. It was even cuter inside and out then I expected. The manager was very friendly.

Nice house

We enjoyed the farm house. It was quiet. We got to see cows and horses. Roomy enough for our family of 5. It was easy to get to Ruby Falls from here and other places as well.

A few days in the country

We were impressed with lay out and decor of the house.Kitchen was stocked with spices,coffees, and such. Very detailed notes e-mailed how to get in to house and what to do when leaving.Crystal responded to questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much

Another restful stay

This is the second time we have rented from this property manager and again, we were not disappointed. The home was lovely and well-situated in a gentle valley just south of Cleveland, TN. The property manager, Crystal is always extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We plan to rent from them whenever we visit family in the area and we appreciate everything they did to make our stay comfortable.

Great stay in Cleveland, Tennessee

This property is a pretty farmhouse in the country. We were two couples and found that the house had lots of space for the four of us. The house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. There is also strong wifi if you need to be online while away. We spent most of our time in Chattanooga which was about a half hour drive through some windy roads - we didn’t mind and enjoyed the drive but is something to know beforehand. Overall we were very happy with the property and would stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

Wonderful Stay!

We found the home to be very clean, comfortable, organized and roomy with a fully equipped kitchen. Extra sheets and towels were available as well. There were even fresh herbs growing beside the house. An assortment of interesting books available in most of the rooms. Nice decor. Crystal was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. Her eggs are absolutely delicious! We enjoyed taking our dogs on the trail near the house. We hope to return next year!
