Lots of fun all year round with a ping pong table just awaiting a challenge. When not at the beach, enjoy the large backyard patio with outdoor dining, a propane BBQ, fire pit, lots of seating and all completely fenced for privacy. The fully stocked modern kitchen is perfect for making meals. There is an open living plan so that everyone can be together to talk about all the beautiful moments of life at the beach. The cozy gas fireplace is just a flip of the switch. On the upper level you fill find 4 bedrooms and a full size laundry room. The master bedroom has a private master bath.
