The Nicola Del Mar is only 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and will fit your every need. Sought after 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Lots of fun all year round with a ping pong table just awaiting a challenge. When not at the beach, enjoy the large backyard patio with outdoor dining, a propane BBQ, fire pit, lots of seating and all completely fenced for privacy. The fully stocked modern kitchen is perfect for making meals. There is an open living plan so that everyone can be together to talk about all the beautiful moments of life at the beach. The cozy gas fireplace is just a flip of the switch. On the upper level you fill find 4 bedrooms and a full size laundry room. The master bedroom has a private master bath.

It is only a 1-1/2 block walk to the ocean where you can explore miles of unspoiled coastline, listen to the sounds of the surf and just breathe more deeply. Pacific City is the perfect destination to enjoy the coastal life. Start your beach vacation now by booking the Nicola Del Mar.

A wonderful place to stay in pacific city, close to everything & and some excellent hiking trails.

Absolutely a wonderful property to stay at in pacific city! Close to everything, we all had a terrific time & enjoyed going out on the dory boat fishing experience. Can't wait to come back.the property was so clean & had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect family gathering.

Very responsive owner. Some maintenance issues with appliances but overall this property was accommodating and very conveniently located. Be aware that there is no hot-tub or air-conditioning, but house is stocked and has a fun ping pong table in the garage. We would stay here again.
