Take advantage of the Southern Orange County coastal lifestyle with a 5-star location that is only steps to downtown Lantern District, Dana Point Harbor, and Heritage Park.
Walk to everything nearby from the new Dana Point Promenade restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops and salons - to the local festivals, Farmers Market and Dana Point Harbor including baby beach, fishing excursions, day-tripping to Catalina, and many excellent dining opportunities from breakfast to late night.
Casa Luna-Mia is a newly remodeled, unique gem in the Stay Coastal Collection. This is a rental of two adjacent units, perfect for large groups or adults that would like to stay separate from children. Casa Luna is a 3 bedroom rental and Casa Mia is a 2 bedroom rental. These homes are part of a four unit property. Each unit has its own patio that can either be shared or private depending on the guest’s preference. This space is designed for families and friends to come together and celebrate life.
There are two kitchens that are fully equipped for all tastes and preferences. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with a TV in every room. Each King-sized bed can be split into two single beds allowing for a dynamic and versatile space suitable for a variety of parties. The bathrooms have bathtubs and full body shower systems. There is a spa bath. There are indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This home boasts smart locks, a smart sound system Sonos and smart assistant Alexa. The outdoor space is landscaped with drought tolerant plants.
You will be overwhelmed by just how much detail and care has gone into making this property interesting and memorable. Each side of the property is lined with a walkway made with reclaimed dock wood from famous Humphrey Bay in San Diego. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and firepits to entertain family and friends. You may even see one of the famous Dana Point Elephants sunning himself on the patio.
