Fantastic 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bath located in the heart of Newport’s vibrant and bustling downtown Thames Street area. This family & pet friendly former B&B is now available as a short or longer term rental. Sleep comfortably in 3 King bedrooms, each with en-suite full baths and a fourth bedroom with four bunks and an en-suite full bath.

This is the perfect spot to house a family for a wedding, graduation, or that group of friends that wants to enjoy each other’s company while maintaining their private spaces.

The common area on the main level includes a comfortable living area, dining area and a fully modern kitchen for shared meals or easy coffee prep in the mornings. There is a convenient and bright half bath on this main level. Upstairs there are two bedrooms on each of the 2nd and 3rd floor and each bedrooms offers a full bath. The basement has full laundry units. Bike rack in back. Parking for up to 4 cars.

There were a lot of fees added to the price - the price was great. The location was excellent - we walked for shopping and meals. We had 8 women. Four bedrooms each with its own bath was perfect. The downstairs was great common space.

Perfect location, right near shops restaurant,and easy walk to the mansions. House is huge and layout is perfect so that everyone has their own bathroom

comfortable & great for a big group!

our stay at the yachting village was comfortable and great for a big group, especially with so many bathrooms. the location is super convenient for accessing downtown Newport!

Parking was tight when one of your cars is an F250 crew cab but we make it work without issue. Location is outstanding except for O'Brien's. Each night got louder and later before it quieted down. This is the only reason I would try a different location if I returned to Newport.The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating

Wedding weekend

Great spot, spacious bedrooms and lots of bathrooms for family wedding weekend. Location is walking distance to church, wedding venue and bars/restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed here for our girls weekend trip! The hosts are wonderful, always quick to respond- but really did not need them for anything- the house has everything you could possibly need- and talk about perfect location- amazing!!! we will definitely be back!!

We loved staying at 5 Waite’s Wharf! We’ve been coming to Newport for 11 years and have stayed at various locations. This one was perfect. Steps the Lower Thames and close to everything. The house is great. Very clean and great space for our family of five to spread out. I wasn’t sure about the proximity to OBriens noise-wise but it was not an issue in the least in July (ac units in windows may have helped?). The hosts were responsive but we really didn’t need anything more than everything they provided which was plenty! Parking worked out well with our smaller car in the driveway, and the parking lot with parking pass a short walk for our second oversized SUV. Would surely stay here again.

House was very nice and well appointed. Perfect space for three couples. It was nice to just head out the door and walk everywhere. We appreciated the parking passes and lovely flower arrangement. Perfect weather too! All in all a lovely week in Newport. Thanks to our hosts!

Location was great

Just remember there is a pub close bye so you will get some late night street noise on the weekend. We stayed the 2nd weekend of the 4th so maybe busier than normal. 8 adults & 3 kids fit perfectly in this well maintained house.

Perfect location for wedding weekend

I picked this property for my future son in law and groomsmen. A long time Newport visitor, I loved the location across from Pat O’Brien’s and on the wharf. The groomsmen were slow to move out on check out day which was annoying. My VRBO app glitches so I had no idea. Bill called me and let me know, he was very understanding. Overall, I highly recommend the property. Bill was very communicative and friendly.

Great house in the middle of it all

Great layout for multiple families. Even though it is right by a popular pub you can hardly tell with the sound machines in all the rooms.
