Great place to stay. Close to downtown and Broadway. The house was clean and very modern. Roof top deck was a nice retreat at night. Adam was a great host. The only concern would be if you can not do steps this is not a place for you. There are 4 flights inside the house.

The host was very welcoming. The house had everything we needed along with some fun games to play. My family had a wonderful time staying here and it was so close to downtown Nashville, it made it easy for us to do alot of things without driving far.

Clean, beautiful space for groups

My friends and I were very happy with everything about this place: its proximity to downtown and other parts of West Nashville, the amenities, the layout, and the feel of the space. The host was also very responsive and very willing to help out to make sure we had everything we needed while there!

Great stay

Stayed here for a bachelor party, 11guys, fantastic stay. The home was massive, plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The host was super responsive and answered within 30 minutes of reaching out. Would absolutely recommend again for large parties especially. Walked back in 30 min from Broadway too, or 10min Lyft.

Best equipped rental I have had!

This rental was ideal for our party. Owner was super nice and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with most kitchen appliances (even a crock pot!) so if you wanted to cook instead of eating out this place is perfect. It was far enough from downtown to not have to battle traffic every time you wanted to explore other areas of Nashville, but close enough to be at the center in minutes. Not a huge cleanup/list requirements of things to do either before checking out either (which I have felt miffed about at other rentals when they charge a large cleaning fee); all the owner requested is to cover up the roof furnishings before you leave!
