1890 Victorian Downtown Home with Heated Pool by Lucky Savannah

Lucky Savannah presents our circa 1890 “The Three Sisters House” located in the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, Georgia in the heart of it all. Walk to everything, you’ll never need your car! This 3 bedroom 3 full bath luxury home has all the historic charm with modern luxury and a large heated spa/pool in the private courtyard! The beautiful tree lined street of Oglethorpe Avenue steps you back in time with moss draping from the branches of live oaks, brick pathways, and the famous squares of Savannah surrounding the home. You can also bring your fury friend as The Three Sisters welcomes pets 35 lbs and under!

The first floor features two living spaces, a large kitchen, formal dining room, and access to the private backyard with plunge pool. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed, with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms also feature King size beds, sharing a large bath with Jack and Jill doors. An upper level balcony with round dining set can be accessed from this floor.

Three Sisters House is located in the heart of the Historic District, just a short walk to attractions such as the Colonial Park Cemetery, Broughton Street, and City Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests should be aware of posted Sweep Zone signs.

*The lot next door to our cherished home, Three Sisters, is currently undergoing construction. Rest assured, our beautiful property remains an untouched retreat in the historic district. While you may hear some construction noise during weekday business hours, it does not impact the charm of Three Sisters.*

We had the most special time in Savannah! The house was perfect for my spouse and I. We could walk to so many delicious restaurants and it was easy to stroll down various historic streets. 10/10 recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

We had a great stay, not only was the home so historically beautiful but the neighborhood surrounding it was as well. The pool was a huge bonus on the hot days. We would love to come back again!

Perfect place for a group!

This property was even better than pictured! The house was the perfect place to stay with old Savannah charm. It was extremely clean and spacious for a large group of 8. We were within walking distance of everything. The pool was an added touch that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city! Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing home!

We were in Savannah for a long weekend with 4 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12 years) for a wedding. This is a wonderful home with a great pool in the backyard! Love this property!

Great location!

Great location close to all Savannah has to offer. Easy on street parking right in front of home (month of Feb) This was a wonderful place for a family reunion.This victorian home was beautiful but could use a refresh (rug in master bedroom needed replaced due to stains and same for carpet on stairs) The kitchen was well equipped and the heated pool was such a treat after exploring beautiful Savannah all day. would rent this lovely, pet friendly home again!

Wonderful place to stay!

Very welcoming house that felt like a home. Nice and clean and well appointed with nice furniture and not cluttered. A great street in central location and close to a nice park. Very clean and everything worked. The pool was also great! My only wish was for slightly bigger yard for the dogs. I will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely perfect! Exactly as advertised. Street parking was actually very convenient. Location was as advertised being very walkable. Home is beautiful and has everything you need. I highly recommend.

Lovely house

Loved the home and the back yard. 3 couples shared the space in the middle of the week. Great set-up within the home: comfortable beds and nicely furnished living spaces. The only issue was the street (and construction) noise for the front 2 bedrooms. Would stay again esp on the weekend.

Great location Could walk all over and get everywhere from Leopolds best ever ice cream to the beautiful parks and streets of Savannah The kids age 7 and 8 loved the pool at the house which was not too big or deep so just right,

Labor Day stay

One of the showers did not produce hot water forcing all guests to use one shower. Outdoor fan doesn’t work. Downstairs AC control was hard to find making enjoying the living room tough due to high temps.

Three Sisters house great location

The 3 Sisters house is in a great location for Savannah. The house is beautiful and big. The pool was nice although it was cold the weekend we were there (50s) and it only heats to 80 degrees so a little too cold to enjoy. We had a few issues with the house but Lucky Savannah, the management company, handled everything quickly and beautifully. I would definitely stay at 3 Sisters again or stay at any of Lucky Savannah's homes.

Beautiful

The three sisters house is perfect for those who want a true historic Savannah experience. The location was convenient to walk the historic district and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants. The pool is also a hot tub for colder days which worked out perfect for us. There is plenty of space to enjoy hanging out in this beautiful home. The basics were covered in the kitchen which allowed us to eat in breakfast and snacks. We definitely plan to return in the future! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Fantastic Historic Home in Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just the right combination of modern and historic. The location is fabulous because so many restaurants and museums are in walking distance. All the beds are super comfortable and the back patio/pool area was lovely. The TVs need to be updated, as there was no way to access Netflix or any streaming services, but otherwise, great place to stay!

Beautiful, but noisy.

***Caution renting home Monday - Thursday without confirmation that the construction next door has been completed.***I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again (if not for the construction that is taking place next door). Loud construction started promptly at 7 am and went until 4 pm. Weekend only bookings are likely fine and would be well worth it still IMO. The location is fantastic and you can walk to everything. BIG bedrooms and tons of space for larger groups. An additional caution if you are a light sleeper as the home sits on one of the busier streets in Savannah, with lots of noise from radios, engines, etc. throughout the evening/morning hours. The sitting area outside by the pool is nice on the days without construction, but useless on the construction days.A very clean and beautiful home, but with the unexpected noise, frankly it wasn’t worth the money that we paid. I believe the listing should have disclosed the construction that is in progress. Before booking, I did see a review from a year ago that referenced the construction, but all reviews since were very positive. Because of this, I wrongly assumed the construction had been completed. Bad assumption on my part.
