1890 Victorian Downtown Home with Heated Pool by Lucky Savannah

Lucky Savannah presents our circa 1890 “The Three Sisters House” located in the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, Georgia in the heart of it all. Walk to everything, you’ll never need your car! This 3 bedroom 3 full bath luxury home has all the historic charm with modern luxury and a large heated spa/pool in the private courtyard! The beautiful tree lined street of Oglethorpe Avenue steps you back in time with moss draping from the branches of live oaks, brick pathways, and the famous squares of Savannah surrounding the home. You can also bring your fury friend as The Three Sisters welcomes pets 35 lbs and under!

The first floor features two living spaces, a large kitchen, formal dining room, and access to the private backyard with plunge pool. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed, with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms also feature King size beds, sharing a large bath with Jack and Jill doors. An upper level balcony with round dining set can be accessed from this floor.

Three Sisters House is located in the heart of the Historic District, just a short walk to attractions such as the Colonial Park Cemetery, Broughton Street, and City Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. *The lot next door to our cherished home, Three Sisters, is currently undergoing construction. Rest assured, our beautiful property remains an untouched retreat in the historic district. While you may hear some construction noise during weekday business hours, it does not impact the charm of Three Sisters.*

The location was a little different than expected. Felt on guard walking back at night around that area. The pool was dirty and not heated and there were not enough bath linens nor was there pillows or blanket for the pullout sofa.

House was in perfect location, close to Riverstreet. Backyard was small but nice. Construction was pretloud next door but we knew about that. There is a ton of room in the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast at the home and really enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are massive and the beds are very comfortable. We had a couple small issues that maintenance addressed very quickly. The only things I would have to complain about is that the hot water is non existent when you are using more than one shower at a time and, that the back bedrooms lighting was terrible for makeup. We had some concerns about the construction next door but the noise on Monday and Tuesday were minimal. It seems as if they are done with a lot of the exterior work for now, which helped with the noise a ton. We would 100% rent this house again and from the management company again.

***RENTERS BEWARE***

Although this property is in prime location for walking to popular Savannah Districts, the property adjacent to this unit is undergoing a major rebuild. We endured a brutal 7am wake up from jackhammers, a massive back hoe, & loud hammering. It shook the whole house. We were not able to enjoy the screen porch or pool as intended. This caused us to connect w/the Lucky Savannah Management company for the 3rd time. The 1st, after receiving the wrong lock codes, 2nd the back doors would not remain latched. The lack of security made us call the afterhours "emergency line" requiring us to stay up til maintenance arrived. We voiced our concerns how the intentional lack of communication and transparency w/this construction gravely impacted the quality for 2 of our 3-night stay. The insensitive response spoke to how construction occurs without forewarning, is beyond their control & how they are not liable for guest annoyances. I can assure you this remodel has been occurring for months if not years. There was paper taped over the bathroom windows as an attempt to block the sightline of construction. Lucky Savannah has a poor business model; not disclosing such info to allow customers decide if they want to subject themselves to such "annoyances." They merely seek a transaction without respecting renters time & budget. Furthermore, they lack personal touches, hospitality, & desire for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend nor rent another property managed by Lucky Savannah.

Beautiful, but noisy.

***Caution renting home Monday - Thursday without confirmation that the construction next door has been completed.***I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again (if not for the construction that is taking place next door). Loud construction started promptly at 7 am and went until 4 pm. Weekend only bookings are likely fine and would be well worth it still IMO. The location is fantastic and you can walk to everything. BIG bedrooms and tons of space for larger groups. An additional caution if you are a light sleeper as the home sits on one of the busier streets in Savannah, with lots of noise from radios, engines, etc. throughout the evening/morning hours. The sitting area outside by the pool is nice on the days without construction, but useless on the construction days.A very clean and beautiful home, but with the unexpected noise, frankly it wasn’t worth the money that we paid. I believe the listing should have disclosed the construction that is in progress. Before booking, I did see a review from a year ago that referenced the construction, but all reviews since were very positive. Because of this, I wrongly assumed the construction had been completed. Bad assumption on my part.

Yearly vacation with girlfriends

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year my friends and I visit beautiful Savannah. We love art, history, shopping and good food. Each time we try and rent an historic home. Although the Three Sisters house is lovely and we had no complaints about that, there was Major construction going on a few feet from the home. The noise started early every morning and when we attempted to sit out by the pool ( which was one reason we chose this property) sawdust floated down on our heads. The Lucky Savannah people said they can't know of everything going on near one of their houses, but this is a Major project for a high profile restaurant which has been going on for a very long time and appears to have a lot longer to go. It would be very strange they would not be aware of this. I feel a property manager has a responsibility to alert renters to things like this so you can decide if that's the right place for you. Very disappointing.

They have thought of everything from the most perfect comfortable furniture to the most amazing beds linens and pillows. The pool was a nice touch. We went here with our group of girlfriends from over 50 years and we had the most wonderful time in the house spending time by the pool And preparing for our days in Savannah, we walked everywhere we needed to go. We ventured out in the car to go to Bonaventure cemetery and Tybee Island, this location was perfect to Bay Street and walking to all the amazing sites in and around Savannah. Lucky 🍀 Savannah was great to work with and they do a great job of communicating everything!

Labor Day stay

One of the showers did not produce hot water forcing all guests to use one shower. Outdoor fan doesn’t work. Downstairs AC control was hard to find making enjoying the living room tough due to high temps.

We had the most special time in Savannah! The house was perfect for my spouse and I. We could walk to so many delicious restaurants and it was easy to stroll down various historic streets. 10/10 recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful Home in Historic Savannah!

We had a great experience staying at the 3 Sisters House! It was conveniently located, exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured in all the listings. The house is beautifully decorated, and all the beds were extremely comfortable with some of the best sheets we have ever slept on! Also, the communication via text message and the link were also excellent. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay near the historic district. I have a few suggestions that might enhance other stays at this property: We had a requested a check-in of one hour early due to 2 different groups of elderly ladies arriving at different times, but we were told we had to pay $60 extra for this request. Just one hour, would have made our arrival more convenient, but we didn't feel it was worth an additional $60. Parking-once we arrived, we learned that we could park on the street for $1 per hour for $12 per day (as it is free from 8PM-8AM and Sundays). Prior to arrival, we had assumed we would need to park one of the cars in a garage for $10 per day or buy a Visitor's Pass from a Garage. We did quite a bit of research on the parking and had some confusion, but knowing the street rate would have been helpful. I read all information on the house but could never find what kind of coffee maker was provided, so we brought pods and grounds, along with 2 different shapes of filters to be safe. The link of info was easy to navigate but could be more thorough.
