The property is 2,000 sq footage. 4 comfortable beds; 1st bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two king beds. Two livingrooms one upstairs and one in the basement. Fully equipt kitchen above and a kitchenette in the basement. Laundry room with washer and dryer. An office down below, makeup vanity/desk table with magnified light. BBQ on upper deck. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport during non rush hour. Free, fast WiFi, Playstation 5, Netflix & Amazon Prime. Large DVD library. 5 min. to a major- Kroger grocery store. Ski N See rental/repairs shop. We disinfect counters, remotes, switches and door handles.

Great spot for a ski week-location perfect for Alta/Snowbird

Jan was very attentive to question we had about the area and getting around. The house is very conveniently located-close to the ski bus route if needed. Getting up to Alta and Snowbird was an 18 min drive. The house was plenty spacious for our family of 4. We will be back again!

Great Stay

If you’re a visitor to the ski resorts this is a perfect place to stay. The things most important to me in a VRBO is cleanliness and communication. The host was perfect with both and the location is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Going out the front door to view. The Wasatch mountains is really amazing. We will be back.

Great place to stay.

There was plenty of space for all of us (3 adults and 3 teenagers). The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the mountains. There was also shopping close by. The owners are friendly and quick to respond.

The house was perfect plenty of room very clean and we really enjoyed it and will be back again when we play another tournament in Salt Lake City, Utah thanks for the spectacular stay.

Great house, great host, great location. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants and a straight shot to little cottonwood canyon.

In a great spot - Recommend !

Overall we were very pleased with the house. Owner / Manager communicated very well with me. Although there a few minor items that needed some attention (TLC). The house was close to everything and everything seemed to work fine. I would definitely come back there for our family trip next year.

Great ski trip.

Home is well appointed with great access to both big and little cottonwood canyons. Quiet neighborhood with nearby grocery and restaurants. A great alternative to resorts on the mountain.

Spending thanksgiving with my son and family

The house was nice to stay at . Quiet area and plenty of space and room. We really enjoyed our stay will stay there again. The host will respond back very quickly to answer any questions or concerns.

Peaceful and Convenient Neighborhood

This house is located on a very peaceful and convenient neighborhood. We had a comfortable stay. I would recommend my families and friends to book for future visits to Sandy. Jan and her son, Nate are both very polite and nice people. Very responsive to our request.

I really enjoyed staying here while skiing in the Cottonwoods. I would gladly come back! Jan is a very kind host and the house is cozy. It’s very well located - right by Little Cottonwood Canyon, but also within walking distance of a major supermarket. Thank you, Jan!

Great location for skiers

This house is very close to both Cottonwood canyon entrances making it ideal for skiers to get to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. Grocery store just a couple of minutes away so all very convenient.

Nice place

The house was clean and pretty well stocked. There is a big deck in the back yard with a barbeque and a nice view of the mountains. I'd stay again.

Practical convenience.

Very well located suburban house for access to Cottonwood Canyon. Close to AltaBird. The host is Fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Kitchen works, TVs and recliners are good for 5-6 ppl. Family rooms on 2 floors. Not the Ritz (or priced as such) but a very comfortable stay and a good value! 😀

Great for skiing the cottonwood canyons

Loved the place. It was exactly what we expected, in a good spot close to rental shops and mountains, and the hosts we're very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Will recommend to friends visiting the area!

Hi I'm Jan, one of my favorite passions in life is to ski in winter and golf/hike in summer. It brings me great joy to live so close to some of the best ski resorts in the country. My son, Nathan and I are partners in this adventure of feeling like a citizen of the world. We can give advice for all ski resorts and hiking trails because we have skied and hiked them!

Our family loves to ski, hike, bike and golf. We also love the beautiful mountains. The Wasatch Mountains change from white in the winter, green in the spring and orange in the fall.

You can be skiing on the slopes in approx. 20 minutes and the house is close to restaurants and shopping. The Expo Convention Center is right down the street.
