The Ranch House

Welcome to our Ranch House, nestled within the heart of our family-owned and operated cattle ranch. Situated just minutes away from Walmart, the White River, and Bull Shoals Lake, our location offers both convenience and breathtaking natural beauty. Whether you're here with your family or a group of friends, you'll find ample space to relax and soak in the scenic views.

For those bringing boats, our property provides plenty of parking space, including two covered stalls (as long as they are not too tall). Inside, the garage is heated and cooled, creating a perfect spot for a game of ping pong or enjoy the big game on the 75-inch TV in the adjacent room.

Our spacious kitchen is well-equipped, featuring both an electric and gas range, along with a double oven, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals of any size. Should you find any amenities missing, please let us know during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Please be aware that our ranch is a working operation, and you may see daily checks on the cows and calves. For your safety, we kindly request that you do not cross any fences into the fields. It's worth mentioning that our house is located beside Double XX Boat Co., adding to the unique charm of our surroundings.

Absolutely wonderful! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Best little break we could ask for and an eclipse to remember forever! Honestly…it’s one of best VRBO we’ve stayed in and that’s saying a lot! I’m quite picky

Lots of Space
Stayed here for four nights in October with my three brothers on one of our annual motorcycle rides. The house has a lot of space - large spaces when you want to have the whole group together, and enough separate spaces that you can get away from the group if you need to. The pictures accurately depict the home. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen included more than enough tableware and cooking utensils for us. Really liked that we had access to the garage since there were heavy dews and a day of light rain. We did have some ants show up in the kitchen one morning, but ant traps and sprays were available and that took care of the problem. (This is something you can expect at a farm house - it was not a big deal for us.) Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the property manager responded quickly to any inquiry we had during the stay. Would stay here again.

River And Lake Home Away From Home..
This classic ranch style home has a family feel of shared memories. Comfortable easy living ~ home away from home. Loved how quiet, private and close this home was to our trout fishing on the White River. We also had easy access to Bull Shoals Lake for a quick bass fishing outing. Boat parking was a breeze. We enjoyed evening sunsets out back and the gentle mooing of the cows in the morning in this large and spacious working ranch home. • Great Kitchen Space, well equipped • Family Entertainment Space with 6 super comfortable recliner loungers • Comfortable beds • Great linens, towels, etc Had everything we needed.

As proud locals, both my wife and I were born and raised here, immersing ourselves in the rich heritage and natural wonders that surround us. While I am employed by a medical device manufacturer, my passion also extends to owning a small boat company conveniently situated right next to the Ranch House. It brings me great joy to be able to share our love for these serene waters with our guests. My wife, on the other hand, is a dedicated school teacher, imparting knowledge and shaping young minds in our vibrant community. Together, we have two wonderful children who have grown up cherishing the beauty of our rivers and lakes, just as we have. We find solace and delight in spending quality time with our family in these breathtaking surroundings, whether it's boating, fishing, or simply taking in the tranquil atmosphere. As you embark on your stay at our Ranch House, we hope that our genuine love for this area permeates every aspect of your experience. We look forward to providing you with a truly unforgettable stay, filled with the warmth of local hospitality and the exploration of our beloved rivers and lakes.
