Bring your boat to tie up to your own 100 plus foot long dock with hard sandy bottom for swimming.

100 ft of frontage on the sandy west side of South Lake Leelanau. Non smoking home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large modern kitchen, 380 sq ft game/family room, large deck to watch the sunrise while sipping your morning beverage. Beds include one queen size, two doubles, one single upper bunk, and a pack-n-play. Please bring your own linens (blankets are provided) and towels. There is a child seat that will secure to a dining chair or stool for meals. Washer and dryer on premises, laundry soap included.
150 foot private dock for your boating use and swimming pleasure. Extremely family friendly waterfront firm sandy bottom, and crystal clear water. Lake depth gradually increases to 3.5 feet over the length of the dock (130 ft). During the sunny daytime relax in the shade of two great maple trees at the shore. In the evenings enjoy sitting around the firepit with family and friends.
We have plenty of room at our private dock for you to tie up your boat and a large grassy lot behind the house for play and park your boat trailer. There are two boat launches within 2.5 miles.
The house is central to many attractions (20 Minutes or so);
Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leeland, Suttons Bay, Traverse City, Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, Port Onida National Park, shopping at the Village at Grand Traverse, and local cideries, breweries, and wineries.
Closer to home:
Drive your boat north 8 miles to the Narrows to dock at the Boathouse Vineyards, or walk less than a mile up the hill to Bel Lago Vineyard and Winery. Closer still is the farm stand where you can buy fresh eggs and veggies.
