We enjoyed the convenient location with tons to do within walking distance. Cute place! Parking lot by the one bedroom with sensor light and noice was only slight but out of the owner's control.

The beach house was great! It was close to the beach and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants, then at night the neighborhood was very quiet so we could sleep with the windows open to enjoy the nice cool air.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wendy & Vince were awesome! We were visiting Santa Monica and transitioning our daughter to college - a lot going on. They made our time so much easier and were very accommodating to all our needs. Excellent location! We highly recommend visiting Santa Monica and staying here.

Excellent property for what we needed. Walking distance to Santa Monica Beach. Easy drive to national parks and downtown LA. Wonderful host.

We loved how close it was to the beach, but we’re all in pretty good shape. It is a half mile walk and a lot of it is staires. It was within walking distance of lots of things. Host was very good at communicating

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! Wendy and Vince are the most fabulous, friendly and accommodating hosts. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

The unit is charming but definitely needs a refresh and furniture replaced (worn out & uncomfortable). The stove exhaust hood was filthy, one of the closest doors was broken, the bathroom tile vanity has a chipped corner which is hazardous (my husband cut it arm on it), The rock path to the unit is charming but makes it a little difficult to roll a suitcase over them. The steps leading up to the unit are showing signs of rout as well as the door. Also has a bit of a musty smell. Pictures on ad are misleading.

Everything was exactly as pictured! A beautiful and convenient location--close to the beach and restaurants/shops. Neighborhood is safe and very walkable. Host communicated promptly with inquiries, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the setting is private and secure. We loved our stay.

Cozy Getaway in Santa Monica

Our stay at this beautiful condo was wonderful. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it was the perfect spot to enjoy beach days and evening strolls. The neighborhood was cozy and peaceful, making it easy to relax and feel right at home.

Comfortable + great location

The guest house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a bit cozy with 4 adults, but we took advantage of the great location and weren't in the house too much during our weekend trip.

This apartment is perfect for a Santa Monica getaway. Set in a quiet neighborhood in the back of a peaceful, beautiful yard. It is comfortable and cute! The beach, restaurants and retail are only a couple of blocks away.Vince and Wendy were welcoming and helpful during our stay. The apartment is supplied with everything you need, and there was a cold bottle of wine awaiting us in the frig.We would certainly stay here again!.

Cozy and bright with a lovely touch of privacy

Every part of the property feels lush and green. The place is so well appointed and feels like you're one with the palm trees. The couch is super comfortable; the kitchen is well designed with a great flow; the beds are cozy and there is plenty of space for luggage; and the shower rocks!! I loved the location - just blocks from the beach and also from shops and restaurants. Bonus: only 15 minutes to LAX (early morning!). I will definitely come back to stay here.

Great Spot!

We loved the vintage feel of this coach house apartment. Very comfortable and clean with everything you could need. The listing mentioned a hot tub, but we couldn't find it. No big deal. Thought it was closer to the beach, but the neighborhood was absolutely lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.

Santa Monica

We truly enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. This property is in a great location- close to restaurants and shops as well as the beach. We enjoyed our walk for breakfast in the morning, along the boardwalk in the afternoon and to dinner in the evening. The house was clean and all the extra amenities were appreciated. Also the street parking (with the provided permit) was an added bonus. Check in and check out was easy and the communication was great. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this gem.

We came to L.A. for a concert at the Greek and Santa Monica for the beach! This location was perfect for the beach visit! Literally a 10 minute walk down to a great beach a bit away from the busy Santa Monica pier area (but still easy to get there if you wanted). Unit is very cozy, beds and bedding really nice quality… cotton sheets, good variety of pillow firmness and softness (thank you!!!), and very airy rooms with large windows. And the shower was wonderful, too! Easy check in and check out, the tiniest bit challenging arriving in the dark, but owners provided good instructions for arrival. Great neighborhood and generally convenient street parking that felt very safe and was close to the house. We definitely hope to come back!
