Two flat screen TVs. Queen-sized bed in downstairs bedroom, and comfy queen-sized sofa-bed upstairs in living room. Private patio and BBQ. Beach equipment, razor scooters for kids (and helmets). Great location by the beach and restaurants, great bed, and water pressure!! Hosts were very attentive and even provided a bottle of wine and fun snacks. Would 100% stay here again!

The property was as described, one block from the Santa Monica beach. The apartment was beautiful and the host Dayle was courteous and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage with all the comforts and amenities of home! The location was perfect—just a few steps from the beach and Santa Monica Pier. Having parking included was also a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental!

We stayed August 20th -August 23rd. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was responsive. Location was great. Within walking distance to everything.

This is a great apartment that’s a very short walk to the beach and close to everything around Santa Monica. We appreciated all of the items provided for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.). A nice welcome from the host and everything you need to cook.

Cute beach cottage that was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a fun beach stay - full kitchen, comfy bed, washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels and toys! Short walk to the beach and all the fun boardwalk amenities! Would highly recommend.

Honestly, you can’t beat this location! It’s such a clutch spot, close enough where you can hear the waves in the morning. The hosts were great and have so much beach gear for you to use.

Had an amazing time in Santa Monica in Dayle’s lovely carriage house! Clean and perfect for my family. Close walking to many restaurants and beach across the street! Dayle went the extra mile for me when I absentmindedly left my passport in a drawer! She found it and is graciously sending it back to me. Saved me from a huge hassle!

Enjoyable stay. Can’t get much closer to the beach! Quiet at night and had shampoo and conditioner (which I forgot to pack). Host was easy to work with and quick with communication.

Ocean was visible from a small window. Location was perfect for beach and downtown. Parking was easy. The space was a bit small, but well stocked with what we needed.

I rented this home for my mom and her husband to celebrate her 65th birthday. She said it was far better in person than it was depicted. Accurately described. Great restaurants within walking distance . I will definitely rent this home again. Also, the host is incredibly kind. My mom was struggling to parallel park. She kindly came out and parked my mom’s car.
