Unwind at this beautiful 2-Story, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2500 square foot home located in the heart of La Jolla Village. This home offers relaxing ocean views from a private rooftop deck, a patio, laundry, free 2 car garage parking, and a central location for you and your group.

Enjoy coastal and beach style living with everything just steps away. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and much more when you stay with us in beautiful La Jolla!

Please read the entire description and view the photos! This is a home that has been lived in -- which means there will be normal wear and tear. Let us know if you have any questions.
■ STRICTLY NO PARTIES
■ QUIET HOURS are between 10 pm to 8 am. Out of respect to the neighbors, please limit outdoor noise. During this time all conversations/activities, including in the backyard, must move inside, music must be turned off, and guests may not go on the rooftop.
■ Only heating is included in the default price as coastal temperatures are very mild (~65-75F) year round.

Ultimately, we hope you treat and relax in this home as if it were your own. Feel free to message us any concerns or questions you have -- we are happy to help!

COMMON AREAS (first floor):

In addition, two other rooms (dens) on the first floor have been set up with beds for your flexibility and convenience. Check out pictures labeled “den” and the "sleeping arrangements" section. Note: These rooms only have privacy curtains, not doors.

Great stay

This house was wonderful and spacious. Very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have garage parking. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to great shops and restaurants.

You could not find a better place close to La Jolla village

We were there to drop off our grandson off at UCSD. Having a 2 car garage was a godsend for not having to unload his stuff for his move in and security. The house was spacious and walking distance to nearly everything. The view from the roof was awesome and our friends in the area had no issues finding additional parking near the house. We had plenty of tools to cook, but we just didn’t have time to do so, so the breakfast, coffee and dinner restaurants were awesome. I would certainly stay there again, although I do like to stay up late so the noise restrictions after 10:00pm do impact leveraging the rooftop deck or the patio for bbq outdoors. Communication with Nick was great! The place was clean. We loved each of us having our own bathroom so we could get ready, especially considering the tight timelines. We look forward to using the place in the future.

Burgos Wedding 2024

Overall, the space was nice and clean. Easy entry once code is known. It was a little hard to find at first due to all the greenery in the front. But the privacy was super nice! In my opinion, all of the rugs should be more secured to the floor, as our group had some folks who stuggled. We did find an ant trail in the room with the 4 twin beds, some of which were in the bed (spraying for ants is a suggestion). Otherwise, this place was pretty awesome to stay at and held everyone rather comfortably! folks who struggle. , gffhhf

This place is in a perfect location. Places to eat, close to the beach, tons of space. The host answered within minutes to all my requests. Highly recommend it

Great family home at perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. Our family came into SD for a sport tournament at Del Mar and really appreciated how clean & comfortable the home was. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants or to the Marine Street beach. We really enjoyed having coffee on the rooftop deck in the morning as well. We will definitely visit and hope to stay here again.

Great Location in La Jolla

The house was in a quiet neighbourhood near restaurants and groceries. It is located within walking distance to the beach and the Main Street of La Jolla. The house itself is spacious with lots of bathrooms and amenities, great for families or a group, but it is a bit dated and tired. Having Saran Wrap or Tupperware for leftovers would be a nice addition for the kitchen. The host was very responsive and the instructions were excellent. All in all, a good stay.

A-amazing!

I have stayed at many SD properties but this one was really great! There were 9 of us. Two grandparents, our two sons and their wives and 2 three year olds and a 5 year old. The downstairs bedroom with all the twin beds was perfect for the kids. One adult usually stayed in the queen room next door. We laughed when we saw the glass table in the kitchen nook. We stopped laughing when we used it at least twice a day to feed the kids. It was perfect! Talk about a whole drawer of spoons, another drawer just for forks and of course the knives had their own drawer. Then there were so many plates, and shelves of bowls of all sizes. Yes there were lots of wine glasses as well as just glasses and coffee cups. Plenty of trash bags, and lots of toilet paper. Seriously our host was tuned in to what visitors need. We would have loved an ice maker that worked, but we powered through it. So many places to eat within walking distance. It was perfect.

Vacation Getaway

This house was perfect in every way, with more than enough room for everyone. Very clean and it had everything you needed to keep you comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to everywhere we needed to go, and surrounded by great local restaurants.

Comfortable La Jolla Home

Our family of 4 had a great stay in the heart of La Jolla. Everything was within walking distance: restaurants, the beach, La Jolla Cove, and much more. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Family friendly rental in amazing location

This home has everything my friends and I needed for a short trip to La Jolla. Nick had plenty of accommodations for small children which helped tremendously. Access to the garage was clutch when on street parking was non existent. We went to El Pescador ( in my opinion the best restaurant in La Jolla ) multiple times which you can see from the rooftop patio. Would highly recommend this home for a big family, multiple friends groups, or anyone looking for a cozy residential spot in central La Jolla.

Awesome house

I fell in love with this home. The pictures do not do it justice I was super impressed with the cleanliness and how roomy the place was. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and is so close to all the major attractions would definitely stay here again

Lovely Stay

We celebrated our dad's birthday by staying in San Diego for the weekend. What a great stay! The house was large enough for a party of 10. The two dens downstairs are bedrooms - one with 3 beds and one with 1 bed. Three bedrooms upstairs each with 1, 1, and 2 beds. My bed was very squeaky but comfortable. The house was clean although the outside areas could have used a little touch-up of cleaning. The location was amazing. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Good location and clean. BUT, you have to pay for A/C!

The location was great. House was very clean and spacious. Communication was good. We stayed when temperatures were 96+ degrees; not Nick’s fault of course. The temps in the house on our first evening at 8pm were 81+ degrees and climbing. We noticed A/C vents and controls, so we contacted Nick. He said he could turn on the A/C if we paid $150 for 2 1/2 days. I’ve never heard of such a thing… ever. Next thing you know we’ll be paying for water and air.

Beautiful Home!

This was perfect house for friends and family to stay at for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and close to everything in La Jolla. Nick the host was a great communicator when we had questions or needed help. We nightly recommend this VRBO.

Location is Amazing, Lots of Space, Lots of Beds

My 7 buddies and I have been going to March Madness for years - as we've gotten older we've gotten a little more upscale with our accommodations. This house fit the bill. Big main room for us to congregate and watch games. Patio, Dining roof, and roof terrace gave us places to spread out. TV had all the channels we needed and allowed us to DVR games while we went to the games being played locally. One of the downstairs room had 3 beds and was basically a "kids room" - no real storage space or closets - no real door. This was fine for the two of us who stayed there - we just lived out of our suitcases. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glasses, cooking implements - some of the basics like oil and salt were in the cupboard. They had sugar for coffee (can't remember about creamers or if they supplied coffee - I'm pretty sure we bought a bag and a pint of cream). The location was AMAZING. A few blocks from the beach. Nearby Tennis and Pickleball courts. Walk to the bar district. The "Taco Stand" is a local institution with a line out the door - a 2 minute walk from house - we ate there 3 times in 3 days (the smothered fries are amazing!). The owner is obviously very concerned about noise - lots of reminders to be quiet after hours. We were mindful of this during our late night poker games - we kept the games inside and had a no screaming rule after 10 pm. It was a bit of a concern but we didn't have any problems. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This location was absolutely perfect. And close walking distance to everything. The home was so large and the rooftop deck was perfect for watching the sunset.
