La Jolla Beach Village Serenity

Unwind at this beautiful 2-Story, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2500 square foot home located in the heart of La Jolla Village. This home offers relaxing ocean views from a private rooftop deck, a patio, laundry, free 2 car garage parking, and a central location for you and your group.

Enjoy coastal and beach style living with everything just steps away. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and much more when you stay with us in beautiful La Jolla!

Please read the entire description and view the photos! Our goal is to provide an affordable, comfortable launch pad to explore La Jolla. This is a home that has been lived in -- which means there will be normal wear and tear.

**IMPORTANT:** The home is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES and quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. A/C, which is rarely needed, is not included in the cost of the home by default.

Ultimately, we hope you treat and relax in this home as if it were your own. Feel free to message us any concerns or questions you have -- we are happy to help!

All areas are private to you and your party. There is another building next door, but no areas are shared.

COMMON AREAS (first floor):
■ Kitchen (basic kitchenware like plates, pans, utensils provided)
■ Breakfast nook
■ Living room with couch and TV
■ Sunroom with dining table
■ One (half) bathroom
■ Small backyard patio and furniture set (please move inside during quiet hours)

In addition, two other rooms (dens) on the first floor have been set up with beds for your flexibility and convenience. Check out pictures labeled “den” and the "sleeping arrangements" section. Note: These rooms only have privacy curtains, not doors.

BEDROOMS (second floor):
■ Bedroom 1: queen bed, full bathroom ensuite
■ Bedroom 2: queen bed, full bathroom ensuite
■ Master bedroom: two queen beds, full bathroom ensuite (w/ tub)

ROOFTOP DECK (third floor)
■ Glimpse the ocean over the roofs of nearby restaurants and shops! See pictures!
■ Access not allowed during quiet hours (~10 pm to ~8 am)

We all really enjoyed our stay here, it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping markets and not too far from downtown La Jolla and the beach and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We appreciated how much space there was in the house and there were more than enough beds for all 6 of us! Nick was really communicative and helpful way ahead of our scheduled trip and also during our stay! Parking was also really convenient in the garage :)

Welcoming to pets, well appointed kitchen. Rooftop space was fun and beautiful views of the ocean. Ideal for families. Very walkable to restaurants. Host very responsive.

Excellent location, lots of food and beautiful beach both within walking distance. Inside of property is spacious, beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry well stocked. Inside of the home is outdated and a bit worn. Part of the ceiling leaked when one of the upstairs showers was utilized, one of the toilets wasn't usable, one of the window screens bent so I was reluctant to open the window, a couple pillow cases yellow and stained. Two car garage best suited for small vehicles.

Everything went smoothly with no issues! Check in was easy, awesome having a garage to park in, plenty of sleeping areas and towels. And loved that there was enough cleaning materials (paper towels, soap, laundry, garbage bags). Second time staying in this house, would go again

La Jolla Beach Village Serenity exceeded our expectations for location, cleanliness, space, and value. We are a family of five and the amenities this location offers was perfect for our stay that included a full kitchen and laundry. The communication with our host was great, check-in was easy, and follow-up to questions were quick, very responsive. This was our first stay in the San Diego/La Jolla area and La Jolla Beach Village Serenity made our stay even better as it was easy to navigate and travel to all the places we wanted to see during our stay. Thank you to our host for the hospitality, it was appreciated and we’d recommend staying at La Jolla Beach Village Serenity to others.

The house was clean & in good condition. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking & dining. I contacted the host regarding one issue and they responded quickly and addressed the matter.

Great stay

This house was wonderful and spacious. Very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have garage parking. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to great shops and restaurants.

Great family home at perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. Our family came into SD for a sport tournament at Del Mar and really appreciated how clean & comfortable the home was. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants or to the Marine Street beach. We really enjoyed having coffee on the rooftop deck in the morning as well. We will definitely visit and hope to stay here again.

Vacation Getaway

This house was perfect in every way, with more than enough room for everyone. Very clean and it had everything you needed to keep you comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to everywhere we needed to go, and surrounded by great local restaurants.

Perfect Central Location

Great property centrally located, walking distance to all amenities. Having parking was a great bonus to this property as street parking is difficult in the area. The home is very large and spacious with plenty of room. Could easily accommodate 2 families of 4. One thing, though, a blender would have been nice.
