Clean and well furnished with an accommodating host only steps from La Jolla Cove. The assigned parking spot is a great addition in such a popular spot for beach goers and sunsets.

Although, this unit faces away from the ocean, it’s a great location just short steps from the beach. I wanted to comment on the communications with the agent, Cathy. She was great. We had some issues initially getting into the unit. She responded and walked us through the entry procesw to make sure we got in ok. Also, there was an issue upon our checkout that she addressed and handled in a positive and gracious mannner. Definitely recommend this one!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable, clean, and quiet and the location was spectacular! So happy the we stayed here and hope for another opportunity to go back.

Cathie was prompt and courteous with all communication. Prime location, very spacious and quiet condo. Appreciated some of the extra amenities such as sand chairs and sand toys!

We had a great stay perfect location for us close to wedding and reception and shopping and dining. Very comfortable condo for 4 adults to enjoy time together and separately.

Location is fabulous, Cathi was responsive and proactive and accommodated our needs ahead of time for the children excellent communication and we thought the apartment was beach view but it wasn't the case as its facing the opposite side however the apartment was steps away from the stunning view, enjoyed our stay

Close to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. The host was very responsive and had recommendations for places close by to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Our host was very receptive to any questions we had, which were not many at all. The condo is super clean and the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed sitting seaside most days and soaking up the sun. At nights where we weren't visiting relatives, we could walk to many restaurants and enjoy dinner. I would recommend staying here to anyone, and truly cannot wait to rebook soon.

We had a great stay! Location was great, easy to get to the beach with kids and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including for cooking, laundry, dishes, shower, etc. And the host was extremely helpful! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful with check-in process. Would definitely stay here again :)

Property looked accurate to listing photos. However, the host did not mention demolition directly under the unit we were staying in that began at 8am until 5pm. Tile work, table saws, and constant hammering. I understand construction is inevitable, however there should be a warning or notice given when the property is reserved. I paid the price listed and had terrible noise and dust every day and all day that we were there which was super frustrating! I hope this can be corrected for the next family, is an awesome location!

Wonderful location. Great value. Though this unit does not have an ocean view, the building is directly across a quiet, one-way street from the ocean/beach. Close to good restaurants (walk/short drive). Our host was fantastic. We did encounter some inconveniences due to construction in the building (unrelated to our specific unit), and our host did an excellent job of communicating with us and interacting with the parties engaged with the construction to help minimize the impact to us. I mention this not to call attention to the issue (stuff happens), but to highlight the efforts our host made to help ensure an enjoyable stay. Our unit was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable.

I also wanted to give tourist a chance to experience what La jolla had to offer . We currently have three properties in La Jolla . Our 4 bedroom home is located in the beach barber and our one bedroom condo is on Genter & Girard. Please contact me for the VRBO listings. We have been renting our one bedroom for 12 years, our 4 bedroom for 9 years and now this beautiful 2 bedroom in 2015.

I have been working with the same cleaning crew for 13 years and they have never disappointed any guest. We double check every cleaning to make sure its ready for every guest.
