Relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the Waikoloa Fairway Villas at this golf-course-front condo! Beautifully situated on the 14th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this air-conditioned condo offers its very own shaded lanai, multiple TVs and an Xbox 360, and shared access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an open-air fitness center!

This garden-level condo sits on the edge of the golf course at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, just across the parking lot from the community pool, hot tub, grills, and gym. You can walk quarter-mile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings' Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits one-mile southwest.

Great place to stay. Clean and inviting once we arrived. The pool is heavenly and just across the street. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Had everything we needed plus the shops and grocery store was very convenient. Had different beaches to chooses from laidback to wavy I’d stay here again

Nice location, quiet complex

Ive been renting units from this complex for decades whenever i can while visiting the Big Island. Haven't been disappointed yet. Good location close to shops, fairly quiet complex, well maintained.

Great location close to all eateries and shopping

The condo was very comfortable and the VRBO company so easy and pleasant to work with. We loved our stay overlooking the golf course and proximity to eateries and shopping and only a couple blocks from great beaches.

Very walkable to both the Kings & Queens Shops, easy beach access to A bay, and one of our favorite places for lunch Lava Lava’s. It was central location for our family. A beautiful drive along the Kohala coast to visit friends in Hāwī, Kapa’au, Niuli’i & Maliu Ridge. A gorgeous view of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa & Hualalai.

Good location. Combination of 10 numbers were inconvenient. Car front gate combination numbers were hard to see during the day. Ice box ice maker was making a loud noise. Carpet was dirty. AC vents were dirty. Good variety of kitchen amenities. Good beach amenities.

We understand the long code may not be convenient for everyone, but this is a security measure for our guests, as each reservation receives a unique code for their stay. We have shared your feedback on the front gate numbers with the complex manager to address. We will have the ice maker looked at, and the carpets will be professionally cleaned as soon as we have an opening from reservations. The AC vents have since been cleaned on the exterior, but will need to be professionally done internally by a vendor. We value your insights as they help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

Big Island Paradise

Super location. The beaches are superb. We've been here previously in Waikoloa, and we loved being where we were now, and could walk to everything. Would stay here again!

Nice unit in a nice complex

I have rented before from the same condo complex. I find this property conveniently located, quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The unit i rented this time around was very well stocked with beach essentials, such as beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear for kids, coolers, etc.

Short stay for Lavaman

The location was perfect for us. Close walk to A Bay, restaurants and shops. Convenient for race weekend. The unit could use a little refresh but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed the welcome basket and had all the supplies we needed for our stay.

Beautiful Area

Absolutely loved the area! Beautiful grounds, walking distance to restaurants, shops & beach! The condo is spacious, clean & quiet, has a fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and a fabulous lanai overlooking the golf course! Yes, it’s dated and could use some painting & updating but that’s easy to overlook when you’re enjoying Hawaii life!

Family Vacation

We loved this place! Very clean and quiet. There were two boogie boards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a cooler. It needs more silverware and a new can opener.

The host was welcoming, but (first time with VRBO) we were expected to provide our own amenities after the first week. Our interaction with VACASA was poor. We had an issue with the refrigerator and by the own admission didn't communicate well. They never informed us that a tech had checked and determined the refrigerator was fine despite the error code for high temperature continuing after the check.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very close to the pool and fitness center and we really took advantage of the close proximity to the shops and beach. We rarely needed our car. The unit was big enough for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful week in Hawaii

Excellent ground floor condo with two bedrooms that accommodated 4 (including 2 teens). Nice to be able to sit on the patio to enjoy the breeze and lovely sunsets. Kitchen equipped with standard pots/utensil was a benefit to make a couple of home cooked meals during the week. Everything worked (internet, AC, kitchen). Would return next week if we could!

Disappointed about conditions

Carpets were filthy and need replacing. Refrigerator knocks when making ice, dishwasher door no springs. Interior Trim is peeling and damaged, needs replacing. Master TV has no data source, unable to use. Facilities and locations are excellent.

We shared your feedback with the local manager, who assured us that the homeowner is working on getting the carpets replaced and a brand new TV has been installed. The manager will work with the homeowner to address the dishwasher and interior trim and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. This model of refrigerator makes a noise when making ice and we regret any inconvenience this caused. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

A perfect end to our Hawaiian adventure

This was the last place we stayed and we could not have asked for anything more. The check-in process was simple and the condo was spotless when we arrived. It was much more spacious than I imagined with very high ceilings and lots of space in the open layout and master bed & bath. The area felt much more private & quiet than I expected for a golf course. We were only steps away from the beautiful, shared pool. The proximity to the restaurants, shopping, and grocery at both Kings & Queens shopping centers was perfect and, in fact, better than the options in Waikoloa Village. We also made full use of the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards while we explored the area beaches. Hapuna Beach was our favorite!

Great Location Condo

This condo is in a great location and the grounds and pool area are quite nice. The unit itself is adequate but a little dated. It is in need of a refresh. The air conditioning does not really cool the unit. The coolest the air conditioning cooled the unit was 79 degrees.

Could be cleaner

Condo was not very clean upon arrival paid a large fee for cleaning but don’t feel like we got our monies worth in the cleaning

Good for us

We love Fairway Villas. Have stated many times in the condo complex. This unit needs updating and really needs a touch of care. It is basically clean and safe. Near pool and fitness center. No blanket on master bed. Just a sheet and spread. No products to clean counters etc.kitchen adequately stocked except no large plastic glasses to take to the pool. A problem with wifi was quickly fixed by Vacasa. Vacasa is responsive. Owners need to care more.
