"Serenity Blue" Destin, Gulf Front Condo, Private Beach, Pool

"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

Enjoy the extraordinary emerald blue ocean views from every room in our beautifully appointed Silver Beach Towers East condo. This beach chic condo was recently renovated, and we installed beautiful hardwood floors and stunning new bathrooms. Fall asleep to the lull of breaking waves in either of the two Gulf-front master bedrooms, both with king-size beds and premium mattresses. In addition, the living room has a sectional couch.

The living area was designed to entertain! It has a huge coffee table great for card and board games or an evening of charades, what could be better? The beautiful dining area seats 4 at the table and another 3 at the bar. There is a dining set on the balcony that seats 4 as well. The two balcony chaise lounge chairs make hours of dolphin gazing, people watching or beachfront book reading as good as it gets! Do not forget to indulge a few days of plunging into the magnificent beachfront super-sized twin pools and hot tub.

The resort has its own private beach. Effective 2024, the resort has a new beach service set-up program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription of two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, which enables our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
