Overall great stay

We were overall very happy with the place. It was perfect for my husband and I and our son and daughter. Pool was great. My only complaint is that the AC doesn’t get turned on until April 1st. Great location to old town and to the stadium.

Convenient and clean conference location

A group of friends and I gathered for a conference hosted over the week at a nearby resort. This VRBO was perfect! It was 1 mile down the road and super convenient. It was clean, the listing is accurate, and the host was very communicative. Will consider renting again for future trips. Thank you!

Nice Scottsdale location

Nicely and comfortably appointed condo convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and other Phoenix-area attraction access, only about 15-20 min from the airport. Plenty of shops, restaurants and carry-out within a few blocks’ distance. Communication was clear and we had no problems.

Great Stay in Scottsdale!

We had a wonderful spring break at this property in Scottsdale! Condo was just as pictured, easy to find, centrally located and close to restaurants, shops, bars, stores, old town, etc. The place was stocked with paper towel, kleenex, toilet paper, plastic bags, containers, dish towels, beach towels, etc. - things that I have not had in other VBRO's when I have arrived sadly! Nice locked/secured pool and hot tub and security at night made our family feel very safe. We enjoyed coffee every morning and a drink every night on the large balcony overlooking the hot tub - it was a great place!

Great place to stay

Recently stayed here while visiting a friend who lives in Old Scottsdale. This place is near every store/restaurant/highway imaginable. Complex was very quiet both day and evening. Apartment is exactly as pictured so luckily there were no surprises. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices, pots, pans and bowls. Beds were very comfortable also. Great communication with the owner - very responsive in a short amount of time. Would definitely rent again when coming to town.

12 weeks in Scottsdale

My son had a 12 week paid summer internship and needed a place in Scottsdale. Kate’s property did the job. It is clean and centrally located to shopping center, restaurants, old town Scottsdale, and the mall. She promptly addressed our questions and concerns. Thank you Kate for being attentive!

Great Property in a Perfect Location

I was pleasantly surprised how this beautiful condo fit the online description and the hosts were so professional and accommodating. In addition, the complex is immaculate and the location on the edge of Old Town is close to everything , making this rental experience exceptional.
