Beautiful house and great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. There were lots of fun things to do in the house and the location made for an easy walk to the beach and town

Great Location

Property was accurate as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone. game room was fun! Kitchen well stocked with accessories. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great place for large family

This is the best vacation rental we have experienced. There was plenty of room for kids and grown ups to have their own space. Perfect location for beach or park access. Hope to rent again!

Great get away place in Cayucos!

My wife and I met a few close friends in Cayucos in this great 3 story house! Everything was nice and was as advertised. The kitchen and dining areas are set up in such a way that we all could visit very comfortably! We’ll stay here again!

The house was nice. Parking was easy but instructions were odd. Unfortunately the first day we had no hot water and tried to fix it with their instructions. It ruined hours from our morning and 8 people could not shower. It was fixed later the next day. The living room smells like cat pee. No adjustment was offered for no hot water and our inconvenience. Because of this, I could not recommend. The master shower was not kept up and look dirty.

Fun times

We had a family reunion and was able to stay in this house for a week. We found it well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great location. Close to the beach, but off the busy street. Plenty of room for everyone.

The house was stocked with everything you would need and was clean but showed its age. The decks are in dire need of refinishing, and the dining room table and chairs were aged (we even saw a slightly broken chair when we arrived). With all these things, the house was perfect for our needs. The BBQ is a propane BBQ not a charcoal BBQ as advertised. The place is close to everything, we loved it, and would come back again.

Big and close to town!

This house is awesome. Truly a professional vacation rental - it is well stocked throughout and set up for a variety of different visitors. Very close to downtown Cayucos (3 min walk) with plenty of space for lounging inside and out. Cannot recommend enough!

Family Get Away

Older house but functional for our family. Closeness to beach, restaurants & shopping was FABULOUS. Coffee pot & toaster need replaced but other kitchenware provided was good. Easy to check-in ( just show up)

Cayucos vacation

Great stay in a great house. Plenty of room for me and my family ..all 9 of us. House is dated circa 1970’s but had a nostalgic charm to it …comfortable and spacious. Short 5 minute walk to beach and most shops and restaurants. Would definitely consider booking here again for our annual family gathering. Thank you

Aunt’s 90th Birthday

Super house for 7 adults (3 sisters and spouses and adult daughter). Love the open space and roominess. Deck outside kitchen was great social area. Only couple blocks to lots of restaurants and shops and beach!! Would definitely go back!

Great Spot

Large house fit our group of 12 with room to spare! Walkable to beach and town. Well furnished. Cozy. Decks are a little dangerous if you have small children, as guardrails are not up to code. Everything else suited us well!

Big House

The house is really big since it sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms. With 4 bathrooms it was really a lot for 5 people but we loved having so much space. It is very comfortable and nice views of the ocean. Close to everything we wanted to do. It has plenty of dishes and cooking things. It really is a nice house for a vacation.

Great Location

This house was just perfect for our mulit-generational family. Room for everyone to gather or have privacy. We walked and biked all over town and to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball. The master suite was very comfortable and inviting. Many family members stated they never slept better. The enclosed yard was fun for the kids as well. All the decks allowed for everyone to find a private space. Looking forward to our stay there next year.
