This property is great and very clean. I wish they would have a book of information so you don't have to look thru closets and such. Also stairs are pretty steep so if you have small children or adults having issues climbing stairs you should be aware before you book. Great location and very roomy.

Great property. Would stay again. There were some minor stocking items I let the owner know about and he promptly brought what we needed over. Good location with beach access 5 mins down the road.

Great location and loved the view but expected more from a larger vacation rental near the beach. The kitchen was under stocked for plates and silverware and the pots and pans were impossible to use. There were several high end small appliances and the money invested there would be better spent on usable pots and pans. We’ve rented numerous houses in the area and were surprised there was zero beach equipment/toys available for renters use. We are always very careful to keep sand outside but there wasn’t easy access to a hose to rinse off feet. Luckily we packed our own beach towels because there weren’t any at the house. They also have a BBQ but don’t provide charcoal. Who brings charcoal on vacation?? Why even list you provide a BBQ??

This house was perfect for a group of friends having a relaxing weekend getaway. Gorgeous views of the sunset and the ocean from the deck, and clean and ample space for many guests throughout the property. For a gorgeous beach nearby, I recommend Spooner's Cove at Montaña de Oro State Park.

Beautiful home and location! House was supplied with everything needed. The host had good response to messages and easy check-in and check-out instructions. Will definitely check for availability for future trips.

Our family has stayed at Karl’s house multiple times now and it’s a great place and location. We particularly love the large upstairs kitchen, dining room and living room space for our large family gathering of 13 for meals and socializing. We usually split between this house and the shoreline in for easy beach accessibility. Super easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to book again for next fall.

Wonderful Central Coast getaway

The house is large, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is perfect: we could walk right into town or down to the beach. The view is also stunning. Perfect older girls' weekend!

Cayucos Wedding

Very nice property for our family. Large kitchen and very open dining-family room area. Very clean and nice updated amenities. Walking distance to the main Cayucos shopping/restaurant area.

We loved our stay. 5 stars, but we recommend bringing a baby gate if you have little ones. The stairs are treacherous.
