Love Siesta Key
Property was all that I expected. Very clean and only a few steps to the white sand. Robin was very attentive to any problems. Which I had none. He checked with me several times to make sure I was satisfied.

perfect beach location
this property was a perfect beach location. the unit itself is very dated but thankfully no carpet. the kitchen and bathrooms need a complete gutting and thorough cleaning. having said this, the owner was very accommodating dropping off a new gas barbq and a new washer when washer at unit gave out. the unit had all the amenities one needs

Acerca del anfitrión
Anfitrión: Robin Noland
I grew up in New York City as a child. My mother who originally owned this condo was an Actor and was in many Broadway plays, Movies, and television shows. We would come down to Beachaven for vacation since I was a young child and visit my Aunt who had a unit here as well. My late wife and I would visit here at Beachaven as teenagers before we had a family of our own. We loved Sarasota so much we moved down here in ‘89 with our young family and raised our kids here. One of the best decisions we made.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We have owned this condo within our family for nearly three generations. I started coming to Beachaven as a kid on holidays as my Mother and Aunt bought units here in the sixties. Now my children and grandchildren come here and visit and enjoy time at Beachaven. We have wonderful family memories here!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We love our condo because of the relaxed atmosphere and being steps away from the beach. Being so close to the ocean and hearing the waves at night is comforting and nourishing and something we can rest into as we drift to sleep.
