Thoughtfully designed with an open layout, this cozy flat offers a full kitchen, comfortable sleeping space, stylish bathroom, and a private covered patio for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. With secure bike and gear storage, plus shared rooftop views, it’s an easy and comfortable home base for experiencing everything Moab has to offer.

Cozy and Walkable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and I rented this place and we loved it! The amenities were great, with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. Our favorite part was the back patio, where we enjoyed daily visits from hummingbirds while we had our coffee outside. We would definitely rent again, since this will not be our last trip to Moab.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, good layout, great location to walk to town, kitchen stocked what you need. And just very modern and cute. I’d stay here again.

Awesome location. Quite but three minutes to the heart of Moab. Very clean. Everything you need is stocked and ready to go. Lovely little outdoor areas to use. Should stay again 100%

The flat was very clean with wonderful touches like fresh Moab coffee and grinder, fully stocked kitchen where we made most of our meals, excellent laundry facilities, very comfortable bed, private patio and an outside seating area. The seating in the flat was extremely comfortable and the flat was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Moab yet on a quiet side street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a quiet, private feel but within walking distance of the main part of town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

Great hosts.

Loved the Westside Flats. The room was spotless and very roomy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful providing locations of very cool petroglyphs. The house is very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay.

Very nice condo right in the heart of Moab.

This was a very comfortable condo with contemporary furniture and finishes. The property was quite clean and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Moab.
