Located in the heart of Pacific Heights, the studio overlooks an ancient olive tree and charming city rooftops. It includes a marble bathroom and a separate room that serves as both a dressing area and a quiet reading space, complete with blackout drapes.
Step outside into a vibrant neighborhood filled with fine shops, cozy eateries, and a vintage movie theater — all just a stroll away.

Worlds better than a hotel stay. Beautifully maintained and decorated property, plenty of room for my husband and I to spread out, tons of storage, too. The location was a dream! Would definitely stay again.

This was a gorgeous and large space and the property was in perfect condition and the location was beautiful and very convenient for my short vacation in SF. The host was very accommodating and responsive to my questions and concerns regarding how to access the room. I highly recommend staying in any room located in this property and I plan to come back to SF and will book here for sure next time!

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment in a great location. The owner was very nice. There are a few great restaurants and a wash/fold within an easy walk. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this amazing property. Clean and super comfy. Gorgeous high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and plenty of room. Communication with Springer was easy and quick. One caveat, there are a couple of flights of stairs to get to this particular unit, but that’s to be expected on SF. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable, pleasant views from the front room windows, and the rainfall shower has great water pressure. Very safe neighborhood and location is perfect, especially if you want to explore Presidio. I would happily stay again when I visit the area again!

Great Stay - Highly Recommend

The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable, especially the king size bed. Check in was easy and the host checked in with us but wasn’t overbearing. We really enjoyed the quiet and walking friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
