This Beautiful Grand Villa stands tall in a historic New Orleans neighborhood with many 19th century mansions still lining the quiet & scenic street. It is a hidden treasure running through the heart of the city. Only five-minute drive to French Quarter, Frenchmen St, Superdome, City Park & Fairgrounds. The stately home is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Separate private entrance w/ SHARED courtyard.

An Entire 4BR/3.5BA, 2500 sq ft home to yourselves! Great outdoor SHARED entertainment space and open floor plan to comfortably entertain and sleep.

The house offers 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed. (Downstairs)
Bedroom 2 - King bed (upstairs primary)
Bedroom 3 - Two Double beds (upstairs)
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed (upstairs)

The common spaces are thoughtfully designed to come together. We have a large, open concept living area that features a fully-equipped kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, wet bar, large dining table and plenty of seating in the living room.

In addition to our indoor space, our outdoor entertainment area is perfect for relaxing after a long day out in New Orleans and on your feet. There is plenty of seating out there with a gas grill, and area to entertain.

Other features include laundry (washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, scent boosters, ironing board and steamer/iron combo, Roku Tv, Hulu, wifi and central AC.

There is street parking available in front of the house for our guests.

Beautiful old home spacious in great neighborhood

The property was very clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. Bathrooms were amazing. Back porch and courtyard was perfect for having coffee and planning our days. Loved the convenient location to restaurants, jazz clubs and shopping.

For being first time to new orleans was a last minute decision and found more than enough at this fantastic size house. Very inviting and met are needs. The owners were willing to help out anyway they could. If you get a chance check it out

Beautiful well kept house

Property was very clean and updated. It had a few extras. Was easy to walk to Bourbon St but need to be aware of your surroundings and be vigilant at night.

Best NOLA experience

The property was more than I could imagine. The property was clean, inviting and fully stocked. The master bedroom’s bathroom was amazing. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Definitely will be staying here again when I’m back in NOLA!!

Great Home

Love our stay. Very close to french quarter with using street car. Drive from airport was $10 a person. No rental car needed

Mini Family Vaca in NOLA

Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans and loved the house! The proximity to the French Quarter is great for a short walk or quick Uber ride and the house has most of what you need to feel right at home. We were able to fit two small SUVs in the driveway behind the gate and usually could find nearby street parking as well. The access for the house behind that shares outdoor living space is a bit tight with cars in the driveway but overall there was plenty of room to share the property. This place is a great option for families or friends traveling together and looking to relax and enjoy the NOLA vibes, without being right in the thick of things. Being on Esplanade Ave (a great location for access to Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter) did provide a fair amount of traffic noise and sirens late in the evenings. The home next door is being built currently and there was construction noise in the mornings, though for future guests that shouldn’t be an issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great for large group!

The house was great for our large group trip to New Orleans. Plenty of entertaining and cooking space along with a great outdoor area. The rooms were large and everyone in our group had a comfortable nights sleep and enough bathrooms that no one was waiting for showers. Location was a short walk to French Quarter so very convenient. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay..

The owner went above and beyond for our stay. We needed 5 bedrooms. When we arrived we realized that the 5th bedroom was actually in the hallway of the second floor. When we bought this to the owner's attention, he offered to open up the 2nd property located in the rear of the home. We had an Amazing time and appreciated the owner going above and beyond. Any issues that came up, the owner rectified it in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay again..

Family Vacation

This was for our annual family vacation. Property was family friendly, exactly as described in the online listing. Plenty of room for the entire family with all the amenities of home. Will definitely book again!
