Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach. You will not want to leave this amazing property with a very coastal homey feel! Coastal chic on the inside and Laid back beach fun on the outside!

Our address is: 2301 1st. St., Unit A, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785. We are located on 23rd Avenue and 1st Street. Amazing location across the street from the beach!

You will love the covered and screened in lanai with sitting area and pool table! Relax and enjoy a drink after the beach. Great area to hang out with your friends and family!

We also have a back yard with outdoor chairs, shaded patio area and an outdoor shower perfect for a quick rinse after the beach!

Walk in and you will feel right at home! Our coral reef theme gives this beach house a coastal chic ambiance. Everything is new with beautiful beachy furniture. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional open room next to the living room with a day bed with two twin beds.

Newly renovated with all new furniture and all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries.

Great location, 1 block to one of the best beaches in a Florida with spectacular sunsets. Lots of restaurants walking distance including the French Bakery, Beach Waves & Coco’s!

Be in the center of everything while enjoying the quiet location.

Indian Rocks Beach is right in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are no high rises and limited beach parking therefore, it is all yours to enjoy!!!
