Less than a two minute walk from the iconic Belmont Park, with its carnival atmosphere, and right across the street from Mission Bay. Just a few minutes drive from Sea World (2 miles), the San Diego International Airport (5 miles), Gas Lamp District (8 miles), and world famous San Diego Zoo (10 miles)! You can enjoy gorgeous ocean-view sunrises in the morning and romantic sunsets in the evening from the private rooftop deck.

Time with family

Love the decor and attention to detail in this unit. We have several family groups in the neighborhood and had a great Thanksgiving dinner at the Coaster Saloon! A beautiful and fun place for a relaxing getaway!

Family Vacation

Grad weekend

We enjoyed our stay.. the condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Listening to the waves in your bedroom is a treat! Close was to the beach are wonderful. Rooftop deck is small and due to seeing much of the roof we opted out.. the one closer to the beach has a better view of the beach.. but we just took the beach chairs and sat at the beach instead..

Bed beyond comfortable. Beyond. Beautifully renovated. Thoughtful and responsive hosts. Rooftop deck was the best part. Parking zero issue. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Beach Stay

This rental was clearly recently remodeled and really lovely. Kitchen, bathroom, furnishings, bedding, towels were all just amazing taste. The owners were easy to communicate with and even let us check in a couple of hours early. You are basically staying on the boardwalk so super easy access to the beach and we walked the boardwalk both days in both directions. I was worried about the Tandem parking and there were two other cars there when we arrived but we texted each other to move within hours of arriving and then we didn't share the space with anyone else the rest of the time. For a "on the beach" experience I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

Everything was perfect. Wonderful condo has everything you need. Very clean and cute updated decor. Really close to the park and restaurants. Parking was provided. It was the one thing I worryied about and wasnt an issue at all. We hope to come back again soon.

Loved it! Great Beach Front in Mission Bay

Perfect small space that feels big. Two bedroom with super soft beds and nice size bathroom. Kitchen is tiny but so thoughtfully designed it is super functional. Top story deck is awesome. Proximity to the beach is so close you can leave the beach for bathroom breaks or drink refresh. The host is wonderful and leaves a locker of body boards, chairs and umbrellas. The location is walking distance to a dozen restaurants. We really enjoyed this one.

beautiful location! Right on the beach! Neighbors were awesome about parking. Condo was so delightful, charming, quiet, comfortable, clean, every thing you need. would have loved to have stayed longer! Would definately stay here again. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Loved our beach house!

We stayed here 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Super clean and everything looked brand new. Loved the rooftop deck and the location is amazing, just a few steps from the boardwalk and super close to Bellmont! An added bonus having beach toys, boogie boards and chairs. We would definitely recommend and will be back next year for our summer vacation!

Weekend getaway

We had a blast staying here. We had a few issues with parking but that’s expected in such a populated area. All communication was smooth and timely. We enjoyed our say very much.

Beach, Bay, and parking!

This place was fantastic it was so well put together and in a wonderful location. It’s hard to find a rental in the area with parking so it is a gem for sure. The beach is right outside your door, the bay is a short walking distance across the way. The theme park and little shops are right up the road. The access to the rooftop balcony is incredible. You can wine and dine while you watch the ocean or the city from your roof. The hosts are so easy to talk to and work with. They will go out of their way to help you out. I will definitely be staying there again 5 stars all around.
